Great service - friendly
We have been using this Public Storage location for several years. We recently needed to downside our space and I "rented" a new unit online. Unfortunately, the new space was in the other building. When I arrived, I went to the office and Carla who was working immediately helped us and got us a "new" unit in the same building. Very nice and easy to work with. She really helped us as I surely did not want to move 150 sq feet worth of stuff to another building. We have had great customer service at this location every time we have needed help. This will be our third unit with them. Highly recommend!

BAIT AND SWITCH, NO AC, BILLING ISSUES AND ROACHES. Rented a unit for a reduced price, I was told it was because of the location within the building. But when the price increased almost $30 a month they changed their story and said it was a promo and that prices aren’t guaranteed and could go up any time. Also, the facility was recently without air conditioning for an extended period of time. No notification went out and now I have items that are ruined because of this. Customer service says it’s a facility issue and won’t help and the regional/district manager won’t call back. I recently changed my billing credit card on my account, and made a payment with it. It was set to auto pay. But the next month they attempted to autobill the old card (not sure how because it was deleted from the account) because of their error they charged me a late fee. Customer service admitted it was a “glitch with their app” Very unhappy and can’t wait to move to another facility.
The customer service is pretty funky. The units are not climate controlled- 60-70% RH & 80 Deg. off season (polly back to norm on season). Prices keep increasing with 5x5' at 76/month now. Life Storage @ 16/month locked one year. We're out!!! And stop with the crappy canned replies 🤪

It was my first time renting a storage unit and Carla, brought me around to different spaces and advised me expertly. When a corporate billing issue arose after month 1 she went out of her way to contact corporate and kept me up to date on the developments, unlike the corporate side she was super helpful and also maintains the facility as if it were her own home. Friendly staff at first. Sold us units with no problem. Until we found people actually living inside the facility. They had an entire storage unit down the hallway from ours packed to the ceiling with dirty clothes and garbage that absolutely stunk. You would think for $1000+ a month for our units that wouldn’t be an issue. Generally, the office is unoccupied and you have to wait to see if anyone shows up. Moved out on the 8th of the month. Attendant told me no retro credit for the full month I paid. So, I left locks on empty units until the end of the month. Lol. Great business model. The attendant today, when I gave notice of vacating, was incredibly rude and totally passive aggressive. Real employee of the month. Never again. Very poor experience.

This facility was available, new, and exceptionally clean! I rented my space from Alicia, she was professional, informative, and handled everything quickly. This Tractor Supply store IS Awesome! I just got snubbed by Lowes wanting store credit for perfect return items, Lowes, the giant box store, declined without receipt. Came to Tractor Supply store with two items also in perfect condition only wanting store credit if possible as I also didn't have receipt handy for these items, but Manager credited my credit card for my return. Way to go Tractor Supply! Nice people, great prices and selection and awesome return policy!

If not for Alicia, I'd be LOST. I'm not a technical genius but I was in desperate need of storage for my personal keepsakes and sentimental family belongings at risk due to this terrible Hurricane. The manager, Alicia is wonderful. She took the time out to call, answered all the questions I had, and showed me the different storage units available. I was able to make the right selection with her help. Alicia is personable, professional and knowledgeable.
