We had an issue in the beginning reaching the office, but the Regional Manager, Ryan, called and demonstrated great customer service. They are very responsive to solving any issues. The unit was clean and ready to move in.

Nicholas is the best ! He helped me with a issue I had with the app and even got my monthly payment lowered !

I love the fact that I was able to locate the facility and when I had questions, they were readily answered. It is so easy to have my payments on the autopay as well. This ensures that I don't accidentally overlook a payment. The unit is clean and in a controlled space so I have no need to worry about where anything is. I'm glad that I found them. The way and convience of the way it's set up is one less thing I have to worry about. I would reccomed them highly.

Sonnet, helped me with a billing problem. Fixed my issue quickly and even called me back the next day to follow up to make sure my issue was completely resolved.

I have had 5 units here and since Public storage took over it had been nothing but fees, fees and more fees, rent raises, new requirements continuously, trying to make me download their app, so warm in the winter my furniture was effected(and it's supposed to be climate controlled) now trying to make us auto pay, ect... It never ends. I have emptied all my units and gone somewhere else. Wouldn't keep a unit here if it was free.

I’ve been a customer here for almost two years with no previous issues or concerns. Upon checking my unit a week ago, I noticed over 6 inches of brown water inside one of my storage bins. There was an active leak from the insulation that ruined everything in 1/3 of my larger unit. My boxes were not only saturated with water, mold had already begun to grow on furniture, and there was a serious roach infestation. Upon checking my second unit along the same side, there was also a leak in that one. When I contacted the property manager, Annette, I have never had worse customer service. There was zero empathy, talking over me not allowing me to finish or ask questions, and inaccurate information and lies regarding being contacted. They disclosed their building received damage from the storm that happened around the 9th earlier this month. Weeks ago from this point. They did not contact all the tenants to let them know. They also said the issue had been fixed. The district manager, Jennifer Sanders. was initially understanding and offered a refund for the month. A few days later I called to let her know I believed the leak was still active and that the roach infestation was severe. This time, it felt as if I was bothering even letting her know. Quote “I am not a roof expert”. Well neither am I, but I would think a district manager may want to know about building issues to better serve her customers, maybe not. I was finally able to empty both my units within the week and called back to let her know. Jennifer said she was only refunding for one of my units because “she’s not refunding everyone”. Although the contract said they would provide a climate controlled, secure storage space, I was not provided that nor do I feel that the company or any employee I spoke with took any accountability whatsoever. Bottom line, I would not rent here anytime soon until the leaks and roach infestation are dealt it. Even though they claim the leak has been fixed, the insulation is completed saturated and needs to be replaced. It hasn’t been my experience that they will disclose any information to their tenants, handle any issues professionally, structurally ensure their clients have a safe space for their belongings, or work to make it right.

Despite having a terrible previous experience with the Public Storage on Davis HWY in pensacola I decided to give public storage another shot. I was surprised at how well this location operates. Shannon was very helpful in explaining all the new features like using the app to open the gate and the entire process. She didn't try to force a larger unit and instead explained which size storage would work best for my needs. Facility is very clean and secure.

Good customer service and fair prices

Fee, fee, fee, fee, bill looks like a phone bill, they sneakily don’t show you that there’s an insurance fee. Insurance… like we have to pay to insure… what a joke!

The storage area is nice and clean. The air is always cool in the storage unit and hallway. The employees are helpful too.

Was down in Florida looking for storage as we are moving south this winter. I was able to meet an employee outside name Casey I think, and he was able to answer all my questions and show me how well kept the grounds were. Made picking a place easy!

Shannon has been a great help to us since we first rented a storage space here last summer. Due to circumstances (none of which were the fault of Public Storage) we have had to make changes to our space and Shannon assisted us with each transition with a smile on her face!!! We would highly recommend the Chantilly location and Shannon for all your storage needs!!!

I was locked out of my unit because I had left my key at home. Fortunately I met a woman named Dana who offered to help. Turned out that she had a set of bolt cutters and a few spare locks. Fast forward I'm in my unit have a new lock and a guardian angel

These people are so friendly and helpful. The prices are great too. I called and looked online for self storage and for less than the places not climate controlled, I ended up getting a bigger storage unit that is climate controlled through Public Storage. And the entire ordeal from the time I walked in the door until the time I started putting my stuff into my unit, was faster than even looking online for the other places. Public Storage is fast, affordable and friendly. I definitely recommend this place.

Absolutely horrible…. I’ve been doing business with chantilly storage since they opened I was cleaning out all my units and the owner knew I planned to be out by the time and didn’t tell me they sold to public storage. So they took over last week of the month I was there. They do not provide access to a dumpster they require for you to do pay for their insurance it is not an option and they apparently have trouble training their employees because when we couldn’t access the dumpster that I’ve used for years of having three units I asked a D employee on property what we were supposed to do with trash and he said they don’t allow access to the dumpster but we could go ahead and leave it in one of the units and he would take care of it because it would give him something to do mind you when I say trash I mean two boxes of outdated paperwork and one trash bag. They charged me for that month of service and an additional $300 and billed me a total of $350. I never once signed a contract with them. And the contract I had with Chantilly Storage said nothing about not having access to the dumpster. It was included I paid a total of $300 a month for three units with Chantilly Storage four over five years they were amazing. After this nightmare with public storage I’m so thankful that I already had plans to move out I feel badly for any of the other customers that get stuck with this company Chantilly Storage and Tony left a very tough act to follow good luck with these guys

My wife and I have used several storage places in the area, but Chantilly is by far the best. The compound is large enough that it makes getting in and out of the units extremely easy. I will never use any other storage and I highly recommend Chantilly to anyone needing a storage unit
