No customer service at location they wont help you in anything all its over the phone at the main number when you call your location they won’t answer either they just there hanging around
very easy to get too. The location is clean and well maintained. Limited spots for big trucks. elevators are right next to the vehicles. highly recommended

Made a Reservation for a unit. according to google office should be open till 6:00 pm. Arrived just before 5:00 stuff left early. Came following week gate was closed till 9:30 nobody at the office long line of cars waiting outside. Finally got in at 9:50. Elevators doesnt work due to system error. Dont rent from this facility management sucks

I was having complications with my reservations I wasn't able to access my info on the app I was unaware that the storage closed at 6pm I iliterally arrived at 5: 54 Ms.Yaseem was very helpful it took nearly an 1hr to resolve my situation she was very patient with me even took time to show me different units and help me look for specials that was very beneficial to me she took control of the situation got her off duty supervisor Mr.Jimmy involved to assist they really went above and beyond thank you so very much for all the help

I have rented many storage units in multiple states and never seen anyone nicer than Belkis. She was super friendly and helpful. I had actually looked at another storage company nearer to my house and picked this one because she was nice and the manager at the other company was really rude.
The building is clean, climate controlled and the sign up process was very easy and only took a few minutes. Everything looks new here and they had the best prices in town in a quiet area without tons of traffic. Hooray!

Came here on august 26th to pick up my last bags and vacate my storage unit. Gates didnt work so I was not able to get my stuff, they didn’t send any email or sms notification about this problem and noone was at the office at that time. The next day I flew away and then couple days later I was charged for another month (which I never planned to use in a first place). Today I got back from my trip and was able to vacate my unit, I asked to refund 3 weeks that left in a month and a girl at the front desk said she didn’t know anything, gave me some number to call. And I called and was on hold for 25mins before hanging up. I can’t find any information regarding my problem on the website, no emails, chat doesn’t work. I don’t know how to solve this issue, horrible experience

Very bad experience never again doing the store hours I stay on front of the door for 2 hr no one there door was locked can’t get in to put my stuff inside the storage I end up paying more for my U-Haull because of that 🤮🤮🤮

Great sign-up and move in experience. We stopped by to review what our potential unit may look like and Belkis stepped right up to show us around to look at different sized units in person. We felt very safe with the easy access drive in garage. Wide elevators and hallways, we talked about the space then booked within the hour. Very secure, great service. Is there anyone working at that property!! It's ridiculous how no one is ever there. My grandma's been trying to see a space there for two days now she waited for almost an hour yesterday(2/15) no one was in the office. She went there again this morning(11:30am) she's still waiting outside there's no one in the office. Calling corporate doesn't help as they have no way to reach the property manager. This is so upsetting.

How can you have one cart for an entire storage facility? We moved into our storage unit yesterday and was an absolute nightmare as there were no carts. Management onsite offered no help as they explained one cart was stolen, and there was only one other cart for the entire building. Get more carts Public Storage!!
This location only has one cart for the clients to use so if you come without your own cart or hand truck you'll be carrying your boxes All the way to your unit so you would be forced to make multiple trips to the lack of consideration from the management at this location

Unfortunately this facility has taken a dump! Garage door broker for over a month, elevator broken consistently. I've called and left massages for the property manager... zero response and no one seems to know the property managers work schedule. Called corporate and their response is the same! I pay almost $300 per month and my items are anything but secured! Do your job and maintain the facility!!! Incredibly upsetting.
