Edit 2024: I am so sad I have to change from 5 star to 2. The staff are still lovely- when you actually see them. I imagine this is cost cutting from the company. I have seen multiple fire extinguishers broken on three visits (I visit every 6-8 months!) I am
also seeing reviews on infestations. My unit is ok but instead of fixing the problem they e-mailed me an offer for infestation insurance. Also, I mentioned your workers are lovely- they have never complained but you can tell they are overworked. Not ok.

The location is new very nice. I was attended by Ysabel and she was wonderful. Very professional and helpful. The storage unit is clean and safe. My only concern is during non-office hours you have to wait for a dolly because most are locked. The parking lot gets full fast & is tricky to navigate but that may be because it is a new place and people are all moving in.

Señores el día de hoy tampoco pude entrar a la unidad la cual sin retraso, pago cada mes! Esto ya muy mal. El elevador que estaba en funcionamiento se averió y ya no queda ninguno operativo. Nunca solventaron el problema del primer elevador y ahora no hay ninguno en funcionamiento. Aparte de esto trate de subir las escaleras y eso es un inframunto. Eces fecales, horine y pare de contar en lo que pude ver. No pude subir. Es decir que el edificio tiene 0 mantenimiento a pesar que todos pagan el arriendo!!! 🤷 por favor más respeto

This review is for staff - I've been in multiple times trying to figure out storage solutions and Lainey has consistently been super helpful and friendly. Even when the power is out, elevators are out, etc, she is professional and helpful. This is not a common experience these days.
I would even go as far as to say the only reason I'm re-storing with this company is because Lainey is so helpful.
One thing to be aware of regarding the company - they will increase your rent after a certain period. And rather significantly. But, you can appeal for a lower.
Very inconvenient. Carts are only available during office hours, despite site being open later. Good luck making plans during office hours, as staff is unavailable! Doors codes work when they feel like it, had to download app for access because entering manually does not work. Can’t wait to be done with this place as it is not worth what I pay for the hassle. Also for being “temperature controlled” it is SO hot in there, was sweating more inside than outside.

This place leaves bathrooms locked without access and offices are. Loses on Sunday so oth are unable to access restrooms in public storage. Also they’re not leaving carts available to customers on Sundays.
No complaint. Parking a little narrow. But it was fine. 1 Star down because like all is way expensive. They have triple the rent.
They have cockroaches. I reported it a week ago they said pest control would be coming the next day (still waiting). They moved me to another unit and there’s also cockroaches there. District manager unreachable. I threw away almost all my stuff. If your belongings matter to you, I would not leave them here.
Update 9/24: I previously rated this place 5 stars, but after storing my items for 3+ months there and just picking them up to find COCKROACHES in my unit, I had to change my review to warn you guys. I usually never write reviews but I’m really pissed that all my boxes and property are infested with cockroaches now!!!! This is disgusting and I now have to spend more time and money trying to fix this mess. I don’t know how they got in there but beware. I got the orange door insurance thankfully and hope they can help me resolve this or at least get some money back. Sure the staff is friendly but I will not be storing my items at this storage unit again and do not recommend unless you want bugs and roaches.

I had a really positive experience moving my belongings into this storage. The staff members were attentive and super understanding!! I probably asked about 1000 questions regarding pricing and about hours etc and they never made me feel like i was a burden in any way which i loved. There was one specific worker who really talked me thru everything !! . 10/10 service!! would definitely recommend this storage location to family and friends!!
No one is ever at the desk, so it’s impossible to get carts to carrier materials to and from your unit. Maybe other Public Storage distilleries are better, but this is a chronic pain

Las chicas sentadas en la oficina no saben nada sobre este trabajo, ni te dan información pues no la saben , deben tener personas más eficientes porque ni el manager ni las otras chicas tienen idea de nada. No les importa si les pones un mal review porque realmente no les importa en absoluto lo que le pase a la compañía.

Location and self-service worked, but the place would probably be better if it had good customer service. They have quite possibly THE rudest girl working there. She’s always there mornings and some afternoons. I thought maybe she was having a bad day, but the attitude and lack of attention happened with every single interaction. Is she close to the owner or something? Because how on earth is someone like that hired to serve customers?! Holy smokes… Good luck if you should ever need a person there.

Needed storage space closed to home to hold some things while I had them sold. The staff, Tatiana and Layne, were wonderful and extremely helpful at getting me situated and answering all my questions. Move in was easy with a range of trolleys available to make the lifting super easy. Place is super secured and well lit. Definitely recommend for your storage needed.

This location is in a spanish community but that does not drive Layne no where she is amazing at what she does and takes care of the facility and customers if You need a Storage and want great service see Layne... Highly recommend

My things were stolen, they didn't care, pretended they had no clue but i heard the girl on the front telling her manager it must had happen during that time when other weird things were happening... they knew, wouldn't be surprised if they even helped who it was. Place is super ghetto, the front staff is rude and unhelpful. Don't waste your time and money here, worst experience.
Horrible and awful service. I thought it was a safe place to store my stuff, but I got robbed and the employees didn't even seemed to be concerned about it.

Layne is an amazing women she has helped me to come to this storage I went to 3 other storage and this was my last one and i love how she treated me I will stay here has long has she is here. This place is no longer what used to be. AC is mostly off, for this reason odors make you uncomfortable. Floor is dirty as well bathrooms. On top of that, it has become too expensive for the poor service provided.
They will
tell you that access is available after office hours. It is not. Their “late access”
number is never answered by an agent. Their texting feature is not functional. The parking is non existent and often overly
busy.
Unloading a truck becomes a third world chaos.
I’m removing my things within a week. This storage facility is the embodiment of Inconvenience.
This place is really annoying. I was helping my friend move all their things out of their storage since they found a place to live and we put our garbage right outside in between the public storage building and a neighboring house and this public safety lady kept bothering us TWICE about it that if we throw our trash in there we'd be fined even though there was already furniture there some people threw out way before us and she said they were gonna get "fined" too. I'm sure she's not even going to do that but she was super disrespectful about it and couldn't offer a solution all she said was " our company doesn't need to provide you with a trash can" like what the hell super disrespectful. Also my friend rented the storage for seven months. They were promised a big storage to fit all their things and they kept raising the price each month for a really small storage.
This was our first time getting a storage space and it was an amazing experience! Tati and Diana were amazing and so helpful! They were patient with us and gave us amazing customer service! Even though the Public Storage system shut down in all of America (yes, that's right.), Diana was willing to do whatever it took to make sure that we were able to get our storage space THAT day. Thankfully, it came back on and we were able to finish the process and get our space. This process would have been so stressful and unpleasant if they weren't there and we are so very thankful for them and Public Storage! :)
Awful place. Garage super dirty, there is not a single trash can. The storage is hot as hell and you have to wait an eternity to get a dolly cart. Also price are high and vary all the time. Not worth it.
Horrible place. There is only one dolly for the whole building, prices are unthinkable and they rise it without informing. The garage is always dirty. Not a good place for keeping your stuff.

I want to highlight the good service of Francisco who helped me whenever I had any questions or needs with the management of my account.
I cannot express how professional and helpful Daniel Lamazares was. He made the difference between renting this unit and going elsewhere. He not only was wait for me, even thought they were about to close, but once I was done he went to the unit with me to make sure I knew where it was and to put the lock in it. He also guided me to install the app and showed me how to use it. All the while training another employee and taking a payment from a customer. Daniel was a pleasure to deal with. Daniel would be an asset for any company.
I went to check out and leave storage unit empty. Representative was on the phone in a personal call and told the other person as soon as he ended with a customer ( me, who was waiting) he would go and help him or her. I told him I was coming back in 5 minutes. He said he would be there. After I returned there was a sign saying they would be back at 12:30. This was at 12:00. I waited for one hour and he never came back. I called customer service, they said I still had to pay for the following month. Why on earth should I pay when I am vacating the storage? Never before has that happened with this service. Short of staff, lack of respect for customers. Location: 3460 SW 8th St

I stopped by in-person Tuesday, February 22nd to vacate my unit, but I have yet to receive an email confirmation for it. So, I called today only to verify the Front Desk rep never closed my account - unacceptable. It is a common, simple task, the lock was removed and the unit is empty. I have never experienced such a ridiculous problem at any location in any state.

I had went to the storage place around 8 am the carts are locked. It’s very inconvenience and unprofessional. I had to waste my time driving to the place and my time is very limited.
