Nov.2024 such a sharp, intelligent staff, and clean business. I upgraded to a 5'×10' (approx $125 monthly). Good value, well worth it. Feb.2024 Top notch. Fast, bright staff, especially Tina. I asked about the 5'×5' locker size. (Approximately $75 total monthly. ) She was able to answer all my english questions, in between servicing 2 other spanish speaking customers, without missing a beat. And this was 10 minutes before closing! We came back Monday and rented a unit. Again, 10 minutes before closing, and the other taller gal was just as unflappable. Even when she began getting flashes of severe headaches, yet she stayed with the sale until 10 minutes after the office closed. Just as capable as Tina, she answered all our tense, convoluted questions. We shopped around for 5 days, and also at the other adjacent 2 storage companies (Safeguard and Extra Space) on 36th St . We also checked your 2336 Biscayne (rude staff), plus your 11501 Biscayne (informative & helpful gal) locations. Both of those had their doors locked even though we were there ALSO at 15 minutes before closing. I'm very pleased with 300 NW 36th St . Please reward those two gals who work there.

Everything was okay until I got my stuff back at home and there was a RAT inside the coach, all the boxes were full of rat poop. I had to discard everything. This is not just a lack of respect but a lack of sanity, do you guys know how many infections in can cause a person? I paid for a storage to have my things good but the only thing I got back was a rat. Never using this company again.

I had a terrible experience with the customer service at this storage facility. I was less than a day late checking out—about 5 hours—after I had already emptied my unit. Despite this, they tried to charge my card over $200 for those few extra hours. Very greedy. I asked to speak to a supervisor, hoping to find someone who understands customer service and has a better grasp of the situation. Unfortunately, the supervisor who spoke with me was awful—unprofessional, rude, and completely mishandled the situation. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Scammers, big time.
Follow-Up: After posting my initial review, I was contacted directly by James Arnaez, the district manager, who sincerely apologized and resolved the issue. He ensured that the balance was removed from my account and I wasn’t charged further. His professionalism and prompt resolution improved my experience significantly. Thank you, James Arnaez, for addressing the problem and making things right.

Wow ! I am extremely satisfied with my service today! First I walked into an all women staff, which was so wonderful. Immediately I was greeted with a friendly smile and welcoming attitude by Ms. Djoulie. Ms. Janette assisted me with the tour of the facility and how to use the elevators. Her bilingual skills allowed her to not only assist me but guest that were waiting as well. Ms. Marvina and Ms Osi were just perfectly placed to answer any other questions I had about storage. 10 out of 10 this storage.

The staff was extremely helpful in a stressful moving process. Osiris and Janette were superstars helping out not just me but everyone in a timely manner.
Warning: There is a strong possibility that employees or their cohorts are breaking into the storage units and stealing peoples stuff. Do your due Diligence and check with the local PD who state there have been over 14 break-ins in this storage facility just in the last 6 months alone. This and the lack of empathy shown by the employees has to raise the suspicion level that there is a possibility of a wide spread inside steaking. You are taking a big risk. The only way to send a message to the owners is to NOT use this location until proactive measures are taken IE cameras and security. The lack of proper security measures leaves a lot to the imagination. DO NOT USE

Excellent experience at this storage. It was my first time and I really recommended the place. Good customer service , super clean , at the day I moved out the stuff I didn’t have time to come back to give the keys and I called and they told me to come the very next morning. Alex called me the next morning to remind me to dropped off the keys. I was very grateful because we all the pending during the moving process I almost forgot to come. Thanks so much Mr. Alex for all the help today :-).
I'm typically reluctant to leave negative reviews, as it's really not in my nature. However, my recent experience at the public storage facility in Wynwood left much to be desired. Due to my work commitments, which keep me an hour away, I've been trying to cancel my storage unit for the past two months. When I finally managed to visit the facility, I arrived at the gate at 5:45 PM. Unfortunately, because my account was past due, the gate wouldn't open.
Despite repeated attempts to call the office for assistance, no one answered. After making a payment at 5:59 PM, I was able to enter the code and access the facility. As I parked, I approached two employees nearby and asked if they worked there. They ignored me and continued walking. I followed and inquired again, but one employee quickly got into her car, and the other shouted from across the parking lot.
I explained that I had been trying to reach someone because I couldn't get in and that I was there to return my keys and cancel my unit—a unit I had already cleared two months prior. After multiple phone assurances that I needed to be present to cancel in person, I was frustrated to learn upon my arrival that I could have simply left the locker key in the unit. Moreover, I was told that the lock was mine to keep, even though it was provided by Public Storage.
Having worked in customer service for over 12 years, I would never treat a customer with such disregard. It was particularly disheartening to be ignored, especially since it was just a minute past their closing time at 6:01 PM. Given these circumstances, I would appreciate being contacted by the manager of the facility to discuss this matter further.

๐ Recently, I faced an unexpected challenge with my storage unit - the presence of a mouse. Understanding that such pests can occasionally be an issue, I took the initiative to purchase a mousetrap. Unfortunately, after successfully capturing the mouse, I was left with the unpleasant task of removing it myself, which was not only distressing due to the sight but also due to the lingering odor and the cleanup required.
While the receptionists at the facility were compassionate ๐ซถ๐ปand provided me with gloves for the task, I believe there is significant room for improvement in the customer assistance protocol for such situations. It's reasonable for customers to expect some level of support from the storage facility in handling these kinds of incidents, especially when it involves health and safety concerns like pest control and cleanup.
This experience has led me to suggest that the management consider revising their customer support protocol to include assistance from cleaning or maintenance staff in the event of pest-related issues within the units. Such support would not only alleviate the burden on the customers but would also complement the ongoing efforts in maintaining the common areas of the facility.
The staff at this storage facility are attentive, and I appreciate their efforts to provide a solution within their current protocols. ๐๐ปHowever, enhancing the protocol to offer more direct assistance in these instances would significantly improve the customer experience, especially in managing unexpected and unpleasant situations like mine.
Wonderful experience dealing with Tina here at this location, she was a pleasure to work with and went above and beyond to offer great customer service.

Worst customer service, we purchase an auction unit but at the time to pickup, they told us the system was down. They sent us to another location to complete the sale.
But the other location told us we have not paid the auctioneer.
They did not want to call the auctioneer, and basically did not want to work at all.
It was a waist of time, they made us go from property to property and at the end couldn't pay for the unit.
Now they report us to the auctioneer as being rude, and the auctioneer block our account from biding on units.
If I could give a zero star I would, but they force me to put one.
Very good BUT no a/c in unit and barely any light.
You can not spend more than 15 minutes inside.No electric outlets in the hallways.
I had to buy two huge rechargeable flashlights and 2 huge fans Again rechargeable in order to sort out my boxes.Big issue.

All they said was Systems are down and go to 22 and Biscayne Boulevard and those ladies on that location as well they were rude they didn’t want to do their work as well and giving attitude. BEWARE! I am not sure how this public storage has a 4.6. I went to pick up my things and move out of the storage unit when I saw an actual mice inside my storage unit. I also found small roaches on the walls. I was informed that they’ve been having a roach infestation issue. It would have been nice if they had emailed me to tell me about this issue prior to me just finding out so that I could have moved my stuff but they didn’t. God knows how long this has been going on and my stuff was there for four months. PLEASE DONT LEAVE YOUR STUFF HERE.

This place has gone downhill. When we first started renting here it was very clean and the staff was very professional. We knew all the staff and they really cared about the place. Now it’s horrible. The hallways and elevators are extremely dirty and half the equipment is broken. The staff changes every time we go. Also the facilities are kept very warm. I have complained numerous times that it seems that the AC is off even though they advertise climate controlled storage and nothing is done. I think they changed management or something. Also the prices increased tremendously. They have tripled since we first rented. I am moving my stuff as soon as possible.
First day trying to access my storage. No staff present, call center said to “try again a different day”. On-site property manager never answers the phone.

We have been customers at this public storage location since 2020 and it has been great experience! Location is excellent between downtown and edgewater and access is easy. You need a code for the gate and to enter the building. While it is busy always, the safety is on point and any concerns are taken seriously which we appreciate. Unlike other storage units, theres a net on the ceiling so no one could enter your unit that way. There's a big enough parking lot and also street parking right outside. Osiris and Tina are always friendly, helpful and efficient. Prices are increased quite regularly and carts are often scarce but we are aware this happens with every storage company. All in all we are happy customers!
The entire staff were courteous, friendly and knew how to provide customer service at a high level. Everyone was smiling and happy to be there. Highly recommend it. Highly recommended.

I’m moving to another facility. Too much “competition” just to get in and out of this specific facility because of its location and demographic of tenants. It’s in need of remodeling and it’s a pain to always come here. The elevators are broken or unresponsive at times. There are NO available carts for some magical reason every time I go. The price for this is not worth the headache. I forgot to mention the roaches…

This location has been infested with cockroaches for the last month. Office managers have been putting work orders for exterminator but the problem has gotten worse. Hallways have dead and live cockroaches, I couldn’t even access my unit. District manager and the rest of leadership is not doing anything to fix, this is a health hazard at this point. I emailed the district manager about this and did not even get a response. Stay away from this property and if you rent here be very careful when taking items back to your homes.
Be careful.. the rob evrytging out of my storage. They say they only have the camaras record for 30days.

I had items stored here for 2yr. The facility has big issues with ROACHES! As I moved boxes the bugs scattered out.. Disgusting. I have used public storage at another location before for almost 5yrs and never had a roach issue. Staff is ok, and at least they do monitor carts so that’s why it has a star.

The outside facility is very dirty. And so are the people working the front desk they lack manners and should not be in customer service. The workers here are little to no help and stay on their phones and have the nerve to be rude. In my opinion they should All be fired. Not to mention Bathrooms are always out of order. The outside facility is hood. And so are the people working the front desk they lack manners and should not be in customer service. The workers here are little to no help and stay on their phones and have the nerve to be rude. In my opinion they should All be fired. Not to mention Bathrooms are always out of order.

If you want bare minimum service thats given with attitude along with a dirty facility featuring roaches crawling around then this is the spot for you! Over priced units paired w disgruntled employees is this facility's specialty! Look for Tina or Odalis at the front to help make sure you get completely disrespected.

I was so pleased with the manager Joseph. He helped me and made sure I was happy with my storage. I got there with a truck full of items and previously spoke to customer service to help me get a storage big enough for my furniture. I had a lady helping me over the phone, I mentioned everything I had and was nervous and hesitate about what size storage I should get and the lady that helped me gave me the wrong size storage which it was super small for my one bedroom furniture so when I got there I saw the storage room and I panic because the room was so small and there was no more storage left plus I had movers that I was paying by the hour and also had to turned the Uhaul in soon so the clock was ticking. Joseph was so helpful and did the most to help me, his service as a manager and employee was outstanding and did everything he could and luckily he found a bigger room in same building and it worked out perfect. I won’t ever trust customer service on the phone or let them pick a size storage for me (this lady promised me it was the perfect size) but I’ve learned that the best thing is to see it in person first. if you ever go to this location 300 NW 36st make sure you ask for Joseph because he will truly take care of you and his customer service is outstanding. Thank you Joseph for being so awesome and saving me that day. Wishing you much success and blessings! :)
Best storage place
My first time renting a space in a Public Storage and I have to say that the people at this place really made it work for me. I rented the place online so I got the wrong size for the things I wanted to storage so when I got there Latoya the lady at the front desk with a beautiful attitude and great customer service was able to help me find the perfect space. Also the manager of the place who I talked with on the phone was of great help explaining the size and the stuff I could put in them. Thank you guys for a great experience.

It’s clean and staff are helpful like mentioned in the other reviews. However, they only have 3 carts to carry stuff up in a building that has thousands of storage units. Every time I come here it takes more than 30 minutes for one of the carts to become available. With such a large facility they should consider adding a considerably larger number of carts.

I called around to several storage facilities and everyone had higher pricing. We secured a special of a $1 for one month which was great.
When we went to the facility on 115 Biscayne, we dealt with Tina. She was very professional. She showed us the unit, the facility and how everything worked.
She was knowledgable and personable. Clean facility friendly staff—highly recommend it.

Im going to make a long story short. I rented a unit in Maryland with Public storage and things went very well. I decided to stick with them when I moved to Miami. The first storage facility was HORRID, elevators were broken and my moving company could not use the elevator. I had to pay them extra to move to another location. Unfortunately this day there was a corporate meeting and NO support. I was able to secure another unit online and when I arrived the unit had a lock on it? (remember NO support .. in a meeting). WOW. That process is another story (and not a good one). After 5 months, my rent has INCREASED over 50 dollars...BAIT AND SWITCH. Also, the place uses access codes to get thru the gate, thru the door, on the elevator. It is particularly difficult to get on the elevator for some reason. I'm done with them!! And, yes I sent an email to manager by the name of James Arnez and NEVER received a response. Yes, customer service rep Sharon is the BEST!
