I am truly enjoying my experience at this public storage location it is very convenient, clean, and the staff is friendly. When purchasing a storage unit the process is fairly easy and self explanatory. Over all I would recommend to a friend if given the chance.

Marjory was an angel, we called the call center , they were unprofessional, disrespectful, and couldn’t answer a simple question. When they couldn’t solve the issue they would disconnect the call, they did it 5 times. The next morning Marjory called me , she solved all of the issues, was so professional and because of that we didn’t cancel the space. I was going to go with any of the other companies and there are a lot of them. But because of Marjory we stayed . I hope that the supervisors look at these reviews and reward her for doing such a great job. And that they listen to the call centers calls and see how they do not give customer service, they read a script like a robot and don’t listen to what the customer is saying . Again thanks Marjory

I am so pleased I chose Public Storage for my storage needs. I got a 10 x 10 space and found I didn't need that much. I switched to a 5 x 5 in the same building. A shout out to CORLIS, the wonderful onsite manager. She helped me switch over and was kind, professional, and pleasant. This storage facility is clean and well-lit. I never feel unsafe there.

Great place
We went to a different storage place before we headed to Public Storage. They wanted almost $600 for two 10x20 with locks, insurance etc… we thanked the lady and left. My wife stopped at public storage and after speaking to the wonderful lady in the office she had a much bigger unit and it was way cheaper than one 10x20 at the other place. Needless to say we got the bigger one for the better price and honestly can’t thank the wonderful lady who helped us and answered all our questions. Would recommend this place to anyone.

Kelly was very helpful in showing me the unit I was interested in. When I saw it I wanted it immediately. Very clean and just what I needed. Public Storage is number 1 in my book. I’ve used them 3 or 4 times never had any hassles or problems. I will highly recommend them to anyone who needs to store items for moving purposes. There the best without any doubt whatsoever if you ask me.

It is costing me almost $300 for my climate & pest controlled unit, after an employee LIED to me and told me that my original unit #2019 was air conditioned and it wasn't at all. I had to rent a bigger unit right then, or risk losing everything I owned and that my children & grandchildren made for me over the years. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS STORAGE FACILITY TO ANYONE! I FELT LIKE THEY LIED TO GET ME TO COME THERE, & THEN I WAS FORCED TO SIGN FOR A BIGGER UNÌT.

I have been a good cust and my initial payment was only around $185 a month ...in less than a 2 year period my payments are now showing $455.91 !
Why would you do this to good cust .
I am a 74 yrs old woman that is on a limited income an feels like an increase of around $340 is EXPLOTATION . I just can't recommend anyone ever use your company with this type of treatment.
I hope I can be contacted to advise me this is just an error and my payment will at least drop down to the $381. It was previously!
That increase was already considered EXTREAM and difficult for me to make but now it feels. Like this current increase is simply to allow you to take my possessions !
Please drop this amount , it is going to creat a major hardship on an elderly woman!

I have been a storage renter at public storage for a year and am very satisfied with the facility and the help from Kelly at the reception desk. And continued renting there because I am very satisfied.
I have been a customer with Public Storage for just over a year now, and I am very pleased with their company. It was easy to rent a unit, they have friendly office staff on site within reasonable hours, and they are very communicative if you have any issues. A cozy parkinglot greets you with robust trees. Easily accessed from Wickham Road near the Eau Gallie Road intersection, you can't miss their bright orange, lighthouse-esque tower adjoining the front office space. I highly recommend this company and this location for any storage needs!
Such nice helpful people! I had reserved a unit too small and Kelly jumped in and got me a bigger unit on the other side of town. She saved the day and saved my life since it was the last one available. I had a terrible experience moving from a different state, but she made sure my furniture and belongings were going to be safe and found me the unit I needed that day! I appreciate all of your help, you turned what was a bad experience into a great one!
