Public storage are crooks. They will increase your rates so high that iit will become higher than someone's home rent. I get that rates need to increase for up keep and demand, but there needs to be a limit. The management team need the proper tools to keep their rates fair and competitive. They will ignore your request, they have no empathy to your situation, don't even think you will be able to speak to a DM because the DM's are Cowards and send their management to do their dirty work. There are storage companies out there that are empathetic to your needs and will give you fair and competitive rate increases. So I would think twice before storing with Public storage and make sure you only rent for less than 6 months to avoid their bankrupting increases.

Have rented a storage unit for 3 years now. What can I say its storage. The rent continues to go up, but what I dont like the most is the wait time to have a lock drilled if you lose your keys. I have things in my storage needed to run my business and its going on 2 weeks now that Ive put in the service request to have my lock replaced and still have not been able to get into my unit. Its ridiculous.

I rented an indoor climate controlled 10x10 unit for 4.5 years. The rent started off affordable but each 9-12 months had rate increases that ultimately priced me out to move to another place. They did agree to lower rent to a former rate but I had already found a place nearer my current home for half the rate so it was time to pack up. I did have a good overall experience with Public Storage.

My parents have been using this Public Storage location for years and it has been great! So when my husband and I were discovering that we had little to no room in our attic and we needed to branch out and find more storage we went with this location. We purchased our 5x10 unit in April of last year and ever since then our prices have been increasing. As of today I recieved ANOTHER email saying that my price is increasing yet again. I think its insane to ask almost $160 for a 5x10 unit! The staff is very kind, the place is clean, there always seems to be an extra cart about to help haul things into the unit, but these prices are absolutely insane!
Nelly isn’t go to person at Public Storage, she’s so friendly and truly cares for the customers. She’s always cleaning the grounds and always has a smile on her face. She makes you feel like family, I just Luv her😊🌈

Nelly was very helpful with getting me into my unit. She was kind enough to delay her lunch and drive back over to my location since it was under construction.
My sister who is a senior citizen reserved a unit through a gentleman named Ryan. Ryan said we have a $1 move on special and the unit is $240 plus tax per month. When she called back that evening the $1 move in special was gone and the unit was suddenly $365 plus tax per month. Sounds like a bait and switch mixed with false and misleading advertising to us. We declined and went elsewhere. We found the same unit for $252 a month. Customer service was horrible and out right disrespectful. Take your business elsewhere. Senior citizens beware.

I have used this service for storage. This is a safe and reliable place to use for storage and this location is a clean and well maintained facility, and aptly served my storage purpose.
As a first time customer at this facility, Nelly the manager was particularly helpful in answering my questions and helping me assist in identifying the size and type of storage facility that would suit my needs. She was very helpful and great in answering my questions and helped in facilitating a smooth and easy process. Great to know this facility has reliable and helpful staff like Nelly.
Oh please, give it away, donate it...this place, franchise, raises prices every single year and not by a small amount. Once you store stuff you never take it out. Oh, and almost everything is your fault. Leak, your problem, mold, stole, all you problem. You need insurance and theirs is another high fee.
