The fastest signup ever. Also they removed an adjacent lock in no time. All I can say is awesome place so far.
today day of hurricane prep day. before closing tomorrow. public storage felt the need to inconvenience its customers by closing early then most businesses. how can anyone prep for hurruicane when having to work. after work going to get hurricane prep items from storage . but was forced out due to gates chain locked and keypad turn off. this inconvinence should be compensated due public storage negligence forcing its customers out of being ready for hurricane.
UPDATE today a day to clean up after the hurricane has passed. and still unable to access my tools and equipment to go to work today. Public Storage owes me compensation for forcing me out of work. Public storage is negligent is running a business where paying customers are denied access to a placed paid for for its intened use to store items. items as of hurrincane preparation and hurricane clean up. which me and my family missed out in being prepared before and after the hurricane due to Public Storage lacking reaponsiblity not taking care of its customers. Neglecting its customers to continue to there lives on the watch of public storage.
Update 3rd day closed out of my storage unit. well after the non life threatening hurricane within the longwood area. i was told by corp thatvill receive and email of when opening. well public storage doesnt employ me to be forced out of work due to public storage lack of responsibilties to its customers . so im loosing out on business due to public storage lack of wanting to take care of its paying loyal customers. this matter seems to need to go thru the system to learn their lesson in not forcing people out of there right to there stuff.
im so confused why stay closed when the dam manager lives on the property? makes no sense how im losing money why public storage employee an lazy incapable responsible employee living on the property not allowing business.
Every time I speak with Barbara she has always been so sweet , so helpful and very understanding . I wouldn’t have chose a better spot to hold my precious items of my home and I could not have felt more than safe with my items here and with amazing communication . Barbara makes this an easier transition ! 10/10 recommend
Had such a smooth easy transition from my old storage unit. Office manager was beyond accommodating. I hope to stay here at this storage unit for a long time.
FURNITURE AND CONTENTS RUINED. Dead Rat found in/near my unit. Rat poop and pee along with roaches and baby roaches ruined my items in storage. I wish I did my research better but I would never recommend this place. Customer service is horrible. They’re never in the office so usually your only option is to call customer service. You won’t be able to get ahold of customer service unless you call as a new customer looking for a new storage unit. I discussed my findings of my contents and my intent to vacant the storage unit with customer service. I asked for a refund or even reimbursement for the damaged items and almost as an insult, sent me $25 as a credit to the account…. Keep in mind, I had around $3700 in furniture damaged. Also know that INSURANCE WILL NOT COVER ITEMS DAMAGED TO animals, insects, etc. This place is a joke along with management.

Barbara provided awesome service to us last Saturday when we came in to get a larger unit.
We had been in a 10x5 since January 2023, but found ourselves requiring a bit more room so we needed a 10×10.
We were able to switch quickly, unloaded small unit and moved in to larger unit within a few hours and beat the rain!!

Amazing customer service
Noel was the young lady who helped me get a storage unit here. Friendly, fast and efficient. I was disheartened that we had to walk to my unit upon arrival. She expressed her company golf cart was broken and although offered (for safety reasons she couldn’t get in the car with customers.)I definitely think with weather conditions so hot in Florida the Company should fix the golf cart for these ladies!

They made the entire process of moving less stressful for me in so many ways. Like being part of the family and being welcomed home.

I needed to downsize my unit and went to office and they were closed. I contacted the 800 number who got in contact with the property management. Miriam who runs another office close by, came over and opened the office to get my unit transfer done. She was there within 15 mins. She made everything easy and we got our unit moved. I really appreciated her coming over so quickly and making it easy to get my move done.
