Great management and clean facility

Amanda has stopped me using the restroom twice. I was told the bathrooms don't work on 2 occasions, which is a lie. First Incident: The first incident was a blatant lie. I just finished using the restroom (in the storage building) when I went back to use them again. I saw Amanda locking the restrooms saying, "They don't work." Second Incident: I had to use the restroom and both the restrooms in the storage building were locked. I walked to the main office to use the bathroom. As I proceeded to walk towards the bathroom Amanda told me it doesn't work and walked in front of me to bar my way. Both times she has lied. This is stupid, rude and unacceptable. Amanda's passive-aggressive behavior is obnoxious. Her tone betrays her attitude and actions without any success. I have said hello to her without any response. And on more than a couple occasions I have felt a hostile, unfriendly vibe when I arrive in the parking lot. Hopefully there will be disciplinary measures taken.

WHEN I RENT A STORAGE,10FT X 10FT, PRICE WAS 188$ PLUS TAX, AFTER 4 MONTHS OF USING STORAGE PRICE WENT UP TO $251 !!!! HELLLOOO AS SOON AS I COME BACK, WILL PACK ALL THE THINGS AND CANCEL ACCOUNT WITH THEM, THERE IS DOZEN STORAGE UNITS IN LARGO, AND FOR LESS PRICE, AND PEOPLE ALSO POLITE AND NICE AND FAIR!!!! SOMEBODY WILL EITHER REACT TO THIS POST, OR NOT, NOT CARE AT ALL, POLITICS WENT INTO EVERY MATTER OF BUISNESS. SHAME

Awesome customer service! I accidentally rented a regular unit, instead of a climate controled unit online. The property manager Dan was extremely helpful in getting everything sorted out, and getting me into the right unit comfortably.

AMANDA is the worst person that I had to deal with. In the middle of the contract, they raised the storage fee and tell me it was due to market rate. I was behind on payments due to lack of work to Health problems. The amount was $443 and change. She put a lien on the storage for auction. I called her 2 days before to see if she would work with me. I would have had the money a week later. She told me no and that if I did not come up with the money by 9:30 am on 10/22/23 it would be sold which I made my peace with the lost. 1day later, I get an email from public storage see attachment. You sold at least $1,500 worth of Items for nothing and expect me to pay more than I owed, because you were not willing to work with me. Now I am told that is is going to collection!!! AMANDA, YOU ARE EVIL. I WISH YOU THE BEST OF LUCK. WHO DID YOU BID MY THINGS TO? DID YOU BID THEM TO YOUR FRIENDS AND EXPECT ME TO COME UP WITH THE REST? THIS COLLECTION CAN BE YOUR TAX WRITE OFF. This was bad business practice on Amanda and the Public storage in Largo part. NOT A DIME IS COMING OUT OF MY POCKET TO YOUR LARGO LOCATION. YOU PRACTICALLY GAVE AWAY MY ITEMS FOR $30 AND EXPECT ME TO PAY $543 TO MAKE UP THE DIFFERENCE!!! UNBELIEVABLE! GOD BLESS YOU! THIS COLLECTION IS NEVER GOING TO SEE MY HARD EARN MONEY IN THIS INFLATED ECONOMY!

I can't explain how amazing the experience was. I just moved all my stuff from over an hour away it took 10 minutes to check in, sign my agreement, get my code, and so nicely walked to my unit and thru the entire process. Made an anxious situation into such a nice experience. I for the life of me can't remember her name but she was an absolute gift! I am very happy with my choice .10/10 recommend

Be Aware: This Public Storage location turns the thermostat up to 80 degrees after the office closes. The hallways and storage units are easily at 85 degrees at night. Also, there is a lack of carts available for customer use, and it seems that management puts the carts that are available away after hours; therefore, there are no carts outside when the office is closed. In my opinion, the customer is not getting what he/she is promised/expecting/paying for.

Amanda is effing awesome and is extremely knowledable! She is kind hearted and makes sure you have everything you need to choose the right size unit to all details to help you for your move. Her honesty and integrity wont mislead you. Amanda takes pride in her job and she is exceptional at it! I will def. Be recommending both her and this location for anyones future storage needs.

Great quality and clean facility. The management moves quickly too. I set up online late in the evening and come sunrise my keys were waiting for me. It was as simple as your abc’s

7 years of bad luck!!! The storage shed smells horrible. All of my belongings smell! I left one large item, a mirror, in the unit. Went back the next day to retrieve, and they threw it in the dumpster and shattered it. Clearly, it was left by accident, and they did not have the decency to give me a courtesy call me or at least gently leave it against the dumpster.

My husband and I went in today to rent a unit. Our check in process was a BREEZE. We met with Amanda, who was so kind and knowledgeable. She explained everything in detail, left us with no questions! She helped Set us up for auto pay and…. a cool plus - you can open the gate with the app on your phone here!! She gave us exact directions to our unit which was nice bc most places just send you on your way and to figure things out on your own. Thank you for all your help today Amanda!! ☺️

I'm so bad with names I forgot who the woman was that just set me up with my unit. A very sweet down to earth woman knows her stuff. Highly recommend!

DO NOT RENT AT THIS STORAGE. I was only 28 days late and kept the office notified as to the reason with my bank fraud and deposits. I continued communication and paid on the 29th. After my payment on the 29th that morning to 0, my lock was drilled off that afternoon. On the 30th, I had to call police for them to remove their lock. Of course, I was angry and violated. Who does this kind of treatment? Now they are harassing further with a payment of July, when I was forced to return in the morning of July 1st, 202 to empty the unit due to a two hour wait for lock removal on the 30th. To Public Storage. I DO NOT have a past due balance. Furthermore, I am obtaining a warrant TODAY for destruction of personal property, harassment, personal distress, and discrimination towards someone with a disability, for the damages to my personal property and your Ill treatment! You are NOT authorized to charge any future fees to my credit card. You drilled off my lock AFTER I made my payment. Due to harassment on 6-30-22, Amanda would not remove her lock, my balance was 0, I had to call police reinforcement to get your overlock off my unit #3235, which took two hours out of my time to get all my belongings and drive out of the city and return. I could not get in the gate after 9pm. Therefore, I had to return in the am to get the last load. I was out off your property at 10:30am. Do not contact me for any reason. My attorney will be in contact with you and YOU ARE to direct any further correspondence through my attorney. BBB, my credit bureaus, my banks, and online media are being notified. Shame on you. The stupid lock 🔐 . Why would you buy the lock. You can't use that cylinder lock anywhere else. Seems Like a waste of money and materials.

I searched online for hours and couldn't find a deal anywhere close to what I found at this Public Storage. And, Amanda was such a pleasure to deal with. Typically, the brand new storage facilities offer the best deals. I've skipped from one to the next for a deal. I had tried one brand new storage facility, and they already had a roach problem. They took care of it, but I made them switch my floor before I'd move in. Then, a facility opened closer to my house, so I moved there. They had good rates, but they kept raising the rent until it quickly doubled. So, I tried renting at a brand new facility that promised easy online registration. But, if I didn't buy their insurance, I needed to call them. They also insisted that you purchase their lock, and they would reimburse you if you brought your own. I'm so glad that I found this Public Storage facility. It was the easiest rental registration ever, and Amanda could not have been more accommodating. There was no pressure to buy insurance or to buy their lock. It may be older than the place I'm moving from, but the elevator is cleaner, and there aren't homeless people using it as their closet. The building is older than some, but you'll love the price and service, after all, it's simply an off-site garage. I give them two thumbs up for price, service and full disclosure of their agreement.

Excellent experience with Julie. She was knowledgeable, efficient, courteous, and in the end got me the best price for a unit. The facility itself is safe and well maintained.
