Very clean and conveniently located. They provide you with the keyless (via Bluetooth) entry option on the app that's very convenient. They have carts insude for you to use to load and unload your items. I will definitely rent from them again if I need to store my items again.

Yea this place sucks and it’s all for your ‘convenience’. Every month I have to drive to their location to pay my bill because there is always a problem with their website. At first, it was auto pay and so I cancelled that after getting double charged. Now, I have to drive up to the store every month because their website “can’t find my account.” Yet when I call their phone line, a bot tells me that it recognizes my number as someone who is renting a unit. Can the bot help me pay? Oh sure, for $10. What if I need to speak to someone? $20.
Saying they’re automating everything for our convenience is tired and they know it. As long as a the shareholders are happy I guess. They have one person who operates as the front desk service, security, maintenance and sanitation, and now technical support presumably, which sucks when you need to, I don’t know, come pay your bill because you can’t use their cheap website and don’t want to tip a bot $10.
Service here is good when you get it though. Theresa has always shown me respect and kindness, even when I certainly didn’t deserve it, and I am highly appreciative of this. She is always there when I go as well, being the lifeblood for this location I’m sure.
I wish this company would recognize what truly makes them special - hardworking, adaptable, gentle people like Theresa.
I didn’t appreciate the nice nasty lady who was in office today, August 5, 2023. If I make a reservation and decide not to go though with it, that would be my prerogative. I don’t owe you anything! The same is true for the company if they rent a reserved unit to someone else. Stop calling potential customers over and over again it’s unnecessary! I’m glad I rented from somewhere else!

| company is a complete scam!! I was promised a refund because I was not given the promotion offered.. I have spoken with customer service and they keep saying they will escalate my call to rectify the issue. However, the call disconnects every time and I have not been able to speak with an escalation specialist, nor have they refunded me or honored their promotional offer.

After multiple calls and hours wasted on hold, I was finally connected with an escalation specialist who was very rude.
My overall experience with Public Storage has been horrible and I DO NOT recommend this company for anyone looking for storage. The headache of the staff is not worth it (especially when you’re moving and have so many other things to deal with). — If nothing else this company is a scam! I wish I could give 0 stars but the review forces me to give at least 1.

Called the help number multiple times, and they transferred me to the store which didn’t answer. Stood there for 15-20 minutes while calling and waiting for assistance before finally leaving and going to uhaul. Absolutely ridiculous service.
This store seems to have good reviews so it’s strange to experience this level of bad customer service.
I don’t suggest this location unless you call the store ahead to ensure there’ll be someone inside because if not, you may waste your time.

After they read my review they asked me to call their “We Care” department. Every word I said was true and they literally laughed at the idea of keeping the rate or offering something better. They said I should be grateful for the 3 month extension of rate lock they already provided.
The actual location manager said she’s leaving this company over what they do to their customers.
Never ever plan on renting for more than 6 months. They will Jack your rate up horribly, force you to move into a new unit larger or smaller for a better rate then after 6 months Jack you up again.
Only plan on this place for very short rentals.

I have been a long time customer and I have to say Teresa takes the cake when it comes to customer service. She is always looking out for the best interest of the customer and has alerted me several times to my unit not being locked properly (my mistake!) or maintenance issues that need to be addressed. Really cannot say enough for how much she has the customer's best interest at heart.

Oh my goodness. I cannot say enough about this place. Teresa, the woman in the office, was unbelievably helpful, kind and professional. My mother had just passed and I was there to empty her storages. Never having a storage unit before I was a clueless mess. She helped me from beginning to end. Teresa is constantly taking care of the grounds picking up trash, checking units and keeping everything clean. She knew I was alone and when she did her work duties around the grounds she would come by and check on me. Teresa i hope you see this. You were so helpful. I needed an Angel like you. Teresa provides the best customer service period! I currently have two units at this location and was looking for a third but with two garage doors. At the time I came in there were non available. I visited two other locations and the same situation. She recently contacted me and told me there was one that just came available. The process was easy and love doing business at this location. Look forward to continuing to do business with this location & Teresa!
Moving is already stressful enough.
Teresa whom helped me move into the public storage followed my guys as they were putting boxes and etc into the storage unit.
About 2 hours later Teresa called me. Teresa stated that your guys left the box spring. I told her I doubt that very seriously. This is a reputable moving company. She then proceeded to tell me I had 24 hours to move the box spring or I would be charged. I told her I would come by immediately. I contacted the moving company they informed me that they put everything into the storage unit. I went by the storage unit to find the box spring that Teresa said that my guys left on the side of the building.
While I’m driving around- Teresa rode next to me in the golf cart. Teresa stated, oh it’s not here. It was on the side.
As much as I wanted to say something rude. I left. This is not okay.
Teresa if you’re reading this. Next time before you have someone waste their time. Please review the video.

I am very pleased with the company, their rental process, the competitive pricing and especially with the wonderful customer service I received from Teresa. Very rarely do I walk away from a purchase and feel this good about my decision. I highly recommend this location, I believe they are the very best.
When I went there April helped me it was a super fast super easy experience and one of the politest people I've met all week thought I would have to spend $100 a month on a 5x5 turned out to be less than $40
