So today I got a call from Miangel with news to me I owed my bill and had extra charges I was unaware of low and behold my girl looked out helped me clear my bill takes charges off my account and was very professional and curdious I recommend her not only get a raise but also move up in her position this young lady went above and beyond to the point of showing me how to work the app!!! My Angel (that's her actual name) ALL THE WAY! Literally! she helped me soo much! At first, I was outside in my car because it was raining, trying to figure out why the Public Storage app didn't work. I was out there for at least 20 minutes and she came to my vehicle and asked if I needed help. Eventually I went inside and she started troubleshooting the problem. She updated the name on the account realizing there were mistakes made, and she was able to escalate my previous issue and get me compensation for it! ... It didn't stop there... after all of that I realized I lost my key to the unit!! So she gave me my options and the fastest was to drill it... which she supervised me and really helped me throughout the entire process. She truly was My Angel that day. I spent several hours at Public Storage but thank God she was there to help me! She deserves a raise!! Thanks My Angel!

It was a bit pricer than other locations which made me hesitant at first but let me tell you the extra monthly is SOO worth it. The facility is so clean and nice, i love that its all air conditioned. Its big, clean and very secure, the bathroom are even clean which i appreciate. John was very sweet and helpful, i appreciate the customer service. I would recommend this location over others in the area
