I went to the store early today and Ms. Awilda, the manager, gave me a big smile. I'm new here and needed a storage unit for my work tools. Awilda showed me around, and I felt like my stuff would be safe here, unlike the last place I checked out.

I just spoke with an associate at this location approximately 0930 on July 9th, and explained exactly what I was looking for. While they didn’t have any units available at this specific site, they went above and beyond to help me find the perfect unit just down the road.
He was extremely knowledgeable, answered all of my (many) questions with patience and honesty, and made the entire process so much easier. I truly appreciated the transparency and genuine care during our conversation.
Unfortunately, I didn’t catch their name and couldn’t find it in my documents after securing the unit—but to whoever you are, just know: YOU ARE AMAZING! Thank you again for your help!

If it wasn’t for Natalie I would have rated this a 1 star. When I first purchased this unit I felt the customer service rep I spoke to on the phone was untruthful about their pricing and how often the price would increase. Natalie who works on site changed everything. Natalie not only listened to my ranting but she answered all my questions and was extremely understanding of my situation. She truly went above and beyond to help me. Natalie’s customers service is exceptional. Thank you Natalie for everything you did for me.

I’ve generally had positive experiences with both the facility and its staff, who are usually very pleasant. However, I had a concerning interaction today around 2 p.m. that I feel needs to be addressed.
A female employee abruptly banged on my unit door and loudly yelled, “Housekeeping.” The manner in which she did this was startling and unnecessarily aggressive. When I calmly expressed that her behavior was inappropriate, she laughed and walked away without any acknowledgment or apology. A gentleman accompanying her then informed me that I should keep my unit door fully open, but the way the situation was handled felt disrespectful and unprofessional.
This type of treatment is disappointing and uncalled for. I hope management will take this feedback seriously.

I recently had to move my belongings to a storage unit and I came across Extra Space Storage. I'm so glad I did! The lady at the front desk was so polite and patient with me as she explained everything to me. She even came outside to show me how the system's lock works. The space was clean and the storage unit was pretty spacious. The elevators were also pretty wide and we were able to take our things in less trips. I'll definitely be using this space again for future use.

Great experience, manager up front explained in details each capsule of contact clear and straight forward. Positive attitude and willing to explain the free month storage plan and the month to month plan options. Very clean facility with temperature climate so your belongs will stay safe. ( for painting or any personal collection you my have). Bottom line great place and great manager.
P.S. As long as you follow rules you should be fine. ( been here 2 weeks and everything great!!!)

This storage facility is great. The location is clean, air conditioned, and the workers are polite and professional. Jess and Natalie in particular, are friendly, helpful, and informative. I would definitely use their services again!
