The customer service at 1830 E. Irlo Bronson Memorial Hwy is IMPECCABLE!!!!!!! The manager Meagan & Josh greeted me with a smile when I come to pay on my storage. They were very helpful in every way, they informed me that they're no longer Cubesmart and that Public Storage bought them out. They're both very knowledgeable about the storage business, they're EXTREMELY PROFESSIONAL and very nice they're a true asset to your company. KEEP UP THE EXCELLENT WORK MEAGAN & JOSH!!!!
Today we walked in ready to move out because I had terrible experience with old staff but was greeted with the property manager Awilda..Her great personality ,bright smile along with how knowledgeable and helpful she was made us change our mind and stay. As long as she stays Im staying too! Love how attentive she was to us and my needs! Thank heavens for finally having a manager who listens and cares about us! Thank you Awilda!

I stopped in the store a few days ago. Awilda, was who assisted me. She was very nice and friendly.
This place was a bit dirty before, I drove by to see if it had improved, now that I saw the name changed. And wow, what a change in just the front office. So much cleaner. I have been dying to see if the cost would be reasonable. I spoke with Awilda. What a beautiful and warming smile she has. Spoke to me on the units. She was so inviting. What a wonderful difference. Going to get my stuff in before they run out of units.
Facilities are clean, but the staff is 50/50, the manager is quite rude.
Beware of their practices. They charge over $20 late fee for just being. few days late. We were only a few days late and we were blocked from getting through the gate. and that's fine, so we paid for it. But once we got past the gate after paying for it through the app there was a second lock blocking us from accessing our storage. And when you are off hours there is no one to help you. They don't even warn you that you are blocked from your belongings this way. So if you are coming from a long distance beware. In my opinion this is disgusting inhumane behavior and I will never get services from them again. I do not recommend this to anyone else and I'm thinking about posting a review video of my experience. I do not wish this to happen to anyone. Also be prepared to see roaches everywhere. We have seen too many at this point.

We arrived on the first day and there was a note stating the unit was clean, but found dirt and debris on the floor. The lock was rusted and difficult to open initially.
Very clean, nice customer service representative and easy move in.
Was helped by Caro she was Very helpful, very kind. Highly recommend going here storage very clean and safe.
