I have been trying to downsize for a year. I do not need the size unit that I am currently renting. It is overpriced compared to what they are charging now for the same sized unit and overpriced compared to other P.S. sites in South Dade. They will not lower the price either. This has been for over 2 years that this P.S. has consistently raised the price on my unit. I have reserved multiple smaller units for a lesser price and someone or whomever monitors the App has been continously canceling my reservations before the move-in transfer date. I have spoken to a woman who has not offered any help or explanation as to why they keep canceling my reservations to downsize. They will keep taking my money though on the 1st of the month. When I first was trying to downsize, yes there was a girl in the office who was helpful on the phone and was trying to help me. Then, there were a couple of reservations I missed. Unfortunately due to Covid and a hospital stay. For the last YEAR though they have not helped to resolve this at all. If I had a truck and didn't need to pay someone to help me transfer things to a downsized unit, I would have gone to another location. Watch out fir their price hikes!!! Oh and they do know that I am disabled, so no I don't understand why they won't help me on this.

When in today at noon to inquire about a 10x10 storage unite, building was incredibly well kept just like brand new. I left in march and they kept trying to charge me even though i scheduled my move out and called. Their team did not help me at all. They keep saying the payment is past due even though i moved out all my things and left to a new state. I told them this and they still tried to charge me. I told them i won’t be able to deliver the key and that they can access the unit. They said it will ruin my credit and they did not attempt to help me in any way shape or form.
There are rats and roaches. And people live in some of those storage units .. scary people

This review is for anyone that is looking for a place to store your things. I was assisted by Milly who I must say was so helpful! I came by to drop something off in my storage and see what I could do about the increase on my account Milly was more than helpful and assisted me to the best of her abilities she was able to bring my account back down to a more reasonable price for the next few months and told me to come back to the office after to see if something else can be done. Milly thank you so much you made this visit for me seamless and left with great news. Anyone looking ask for Milly and if her superiors are reading please give this lady a raise she is spectacular!

New building, elevators are always broken. Front desk could care less if they see you unloading a truck only to find out you have to load it all back up since the elevators are broken, no sign posted and not a care in the world to alert customers. Wasted a Uhaul rental here and after filing a complaint was given a $25 credit for a $160 rental bill.

This place just open and it’s Terrible no one is kind everyone seem to have a attitude no one is ever inside to speak with. the door is always lock. I been sitting out side to speak with some one for a hour and still no one has open the door no one ever picks up the phone I willl not recommend no one to put any items in this storage

It’s hard to speak to anyone at this location there is never anyone at the desk during business hours and you can’t get a hold of anyone on the phone when you need them.

###Not gated parking lot Chances of something being stolen from your truck while you're loading into the unit could be high. (Bring a friend)
###Code timer.....is too short for everything.

###Air conditioning is probably set to lower 80s
###I can't imagine how hot it is on the top floor. The temperature is set so high that there's dehumidifiers in the halls.
