Went to their location saw that it was closed during opening hours. Called customer service and they told me that the person who was supposed to be there was in their hour lunch break. Came back after an hour and the store was still closed. Customer service is trash and they increase their rental payment every 2 months. I do not recommend.
I was trying to rent at another location down the road and there was no one there to help ..there was no one in the office. We wanted to look at a unit. We called customer service and were told someone would meet us and they never showed, so we were pretty upset and unimpressed and about to leave when customer service called back and told us to go down the road to another location and talked to Shanna, that she would help us, so we did and we are SO glad we did! She showed us a similar sized unit so we could decide. If it werent for Shanna this review for Public Storage would have been very different. She has the best customer service and helped us get the unit down the street which is closer to our home. Public Storage needs a Shanna at all of their locations. Thank you Shanna!

There is never anyone there for self pay. Most of the locations says they are open but I normally find them closed. Yes I've gone to multiple locations. And they charge an extra $10 for using your card even if you are not late on your payment.
Erin was very professional and knowledgeable regarding the entire property details. She even stayed on overtime to finish my transaction. First service in this location is highly recommended.

I came here and Shanna was helpful and patient she even set me up with the Public Storage App. so that it would be easy for me to enter the gate and pay my bill and ask questions and also to contact her for help. I had an appointment to see a unit, with intent to start a contract, but doors were locked, the rep on the phone didn’t have any idea where the office rep was, all while myself and my family were standing outside in 95 degrees for 15 minutes. Horrible first impression, would not recommend it
