I’m very grateful to the employees here for helping make my move as easy as possible. Everything is pretty laid out in the contract and the app is useful for getting into your account.

Clean facility, easy access. Going online was fairly simple to be able to rent out a space. Would recommend.

Andrew at Public Storage on Highway 82 was very friendly and knowledgeable. He educated me on everything I needed to know regarding my self-storage needs. He took the time to tour me around multiple sized units and helped me pick the best option for my current and future needs. I would highly recommend working with Andrew at Public Storage. The place is well kept, the staff is nice but it is too expensive. In 3 years, my unit (a 5x10) went from $59 a month to $245 a month. If my math is correct, that is a 400% increase in 3 years. Pay more for storage than I pay for my car? Ridiculous.

I think how much we pay for a storage we should be able to throw away stuff I got told I’ll get fined if I threw away anything you charge us 300$ month we should be able to put stuff in ur dumpster

One of the best public storage that I have rented from. The customer service is amazing, the 2 guys Andrew and Jason at the front desk are very helpful and customer oriented. I will give a 10 start.

Very professional and helpful. We were locked out of the unit and Andrew was prompt and able to assist immediately. Very friendly staff. Clean, climate controlled. Went back to the unit after 2 years and everything was clean and just as I left it. Highly recommend!

The black female at front desk I forgot her name needs training. Idk if she's a manager but she's very rude and has a very bad attitude which is very ridiculous. Grown "woman" behaving that way. Not to mention this place keeps it way too hot in the building. It's suppose to have ac but can't tell. Prices that are being raised/charged this place can keep it way cooler in there. I'll be pushing forward to the higher up hr etc. All those reviews seem shady speaking on the female that woks there all black account like mine could be anyone smh

Ebony and Jason were so helpful while we fixed our unit reservation because I'm a doof and picked one that was too small. They were so helpful in resolving our issues and communicative about each aspect of our rental. Definitely recommend them!

It has been an ok experience. The price is higher then other places, I never did receive my rent for a 1.00 offer, public storage app has crashed multiple times and when I called for help and spoke to 4 different people, I was treated poorly. The positive side is the units are nice and the controlled temp units are great for storing things in FL. For the price and value, there are better options.

I want to commend the employees here for the incredible customer service we received!! During a recent move, we needed a place to temporarily store the contents of a three bedroom home. From the first call with Andrew to reserve the unit to securing the unit (and ultimately having a add an additional unit). Andrew was so helpful getting the reservation and I can't say enough about Ebony who was at the property to provide assistance. She was so friendly every step of the way from the day we moved in to the day we moved out. I have to admit we were pretty needy and both Ebony and Andrew never stopped being responsive, friendly and helpful and they both really went above and beyond to provide us with excellent customer service. I really want everyone to know how much we appreciate their assistance and how lucky you are to have such awesome employees.

Prices go up and down I been there5 yrs and prices are outrageous they lucky that I have to deive passed it to get to work if not I would have went somewhere else. Plus they need to be open 24 hours it would be better. Because my job is at night and I need to get into my storage at night to work and I'm not even able to do that ... This is the worst storage ever...

Made a reservation for a 5 x 10 unit and when I got there it was just a little too small for what I was needing so thankfully they had a 10 x 10 available and Andrew was extremely helpful very fast with my questions. No hesitations smooth thorough transaction definitely pleased with my experience.

I have a few storage spaces inside that I rent and prices are great, but it's never clean when I go. Staff isn't doing their job which should be done daily.

Posting one star because I can't leave zero stars. Customer service at this location is terrible. You can only get a cart during office hours. You have to leave your license to get a cart. The cart I borrowed yesterday was broken so I had some trouble getting my things to the third floor. I was 5 minutes past the office closing time and the office manager left, leaving me without my license! I called customer service, they called the district manager who was supposed to get in touch with me. I never got a call from the district manager, and here it is a day later, no call from the office manager or the district manager. The location is not clean at all. Bathrooms on 3rd or 2nd floor are always closed. If there is a problem with the front gate or elevators, it takes forever to get resolved. Looking to take my business elsewhere. Don't waste your time at this location. Update: Both the office manager on duty today and the district manager reached out to me and are working with me to resolve the problem.

You need to use 4 different keypads and type in the same complicated code before you can even enter the place, and then once you're there there are NO MOVING CARTS AT ALL! No trash can, no broom, nothing... There are an average of 12+ people there every day during the slim hours the units are accessible and only 2 moving carts!! If you know you have so many people moving things in and out constantly then why would you only keep 2 carts in the entire place? The front desk staff is limited usually only 1 person there and they are constantly signing up new customers, so the one person there doesn't really have time to deal with the people who are already paying for units. I've driven a total of 120 miles back and forth to this place and I have unloaded a total of 6 boxes... SIX! AFTER 6 HOURS AND 120 MILES GOING BACK AND FORTH! I gave up when I broke a bunch of glass because of the doors you have to open manually after typing on a keypad for the 4th time (the 4th time that trip, I probably had to type the same code over 15 times just for a few boxes) and there was not a single trash can in sight, no broom to clean any of it with, and nobody around to help except a bunch of other customers who all just want to finish what they're doing. Also if you are in a moving truck and you are coming during business hours (so actually trying to unload the truck not just stopping by for no reason) good luck finding a place to park. I had to park all the way on the other side of the parking lot 100s of feet away from the door (that you need to type a code in on TWO KEYPADS to just to walk in) and had to lug one box at a time all the way across the parking lot, set it down THREE TIMES TO TYPE THE CODE INTO THESE STUPID KEYPADS and walk all the way over to my unit across the facility just to place ONE BOX INSIDE!!!

A fantastic location for storage, Andrew was quick and efficient at getting a unit taken care of. So much peace of mind knowing my things are nearby under lock and key.

Totally horrible. Sell me a storeroom on the third floor. Ooops. The elevator don't work. AC, not working Lights, not working Yes they had power. No staff there until afternoon. People needed help, not additional aggravation. Their sign says they're open till 900pm, but they're trying to kick everyone out at 600. And oh yeah, if you sign up on the internet, your first month is a buck. LOL...try to collect that lie. Can you say "false advertising. "

Before you rent from this place, ask yourself if you can afford to pay double or triple the rate they quoted you, because it won't be long before you'll be paying that higher rate, trust me. I rented a 5x10 at this facility and within 2 months, my rate went up by $6. I was surprised & disappointed by the sudden increase, but it still wasn't a deal-breaker, so I let it slide. (I was annoyed, however, because I had shopped around for the best price!) Please note that when I signed my contract, it WAS NOT an INTRODUCTORY price - so I expected to retain that same pricing for the duration of my rental period. Today, I've reached the one year mark on our rental period, and just received an email letting me know that my rent payment is going up 250%!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! What business [aside from Comcast] does this?!?!?! Who treats their customers like that?! I'm so disappointed and disgusted. This company lack massive integrity. Additional info: My account is set to autopay, and is paid on-time, without fail, every month. I guess this is how Public Storage treats their loyal customers.

I have been so pleased with this storage location! The facility is extremely clean and secure. The staff is efficient and helpful. So pleased, that in making my permanent move to Arizona, I have chose to keep my belongings with Public Storage in Arizona. A big shout-out to the property manager, Adria. She has assisted me with my move details in order to perform a seamless location to location move. A huge weight off my shoulders.
