This facility is always so nice and clean, I can't remember the young lady's name that was there the day I went to rent it I wish I could so she could get her props because she was a real sweetheart and made it so easy for us! I'd recommend to anyone! Went back in to this storage on 10/24/24 to purchase a box, I am so happy with my choice of storage facility, I had the pleasure of meeting Patrice who is super nice and has the brightest smile! Again would recommend to all my family and friends!

Great service
The online process was easy. Yanni was so nice and helpful. The lock didn't work and she had to compromise. They gave me a refund on the lock lock for inconvenience. I would recommend.

The storage's employee, Carmen. She is Fool of weird tattoos, she is very rude, lazy and sends client's to the competitors [???666],when you go to the office, she is too busy with her personal phofene, she is prejudice and she doesn't have customer service skills. When she showed us the units. They units had dead 🐀 rats. Roaches, and dirty......

Wort customer service I have ever had the displeasure of experiencing. Received a shabby run down storage locker and after 2 months they raised the rates, and good luck canceling their service. They will not… and I repeat will not answer the customer service line. I’ve probably spent close to 4 hours listening to elevator music, but the second you inquire about another storage they pick up in minutes. Complete scam!!
Had my stuff in storage for years with multiple price hikes eventually coming to $350 a month. All of the insulation inside the unit fell on top of my furniture and belongings and created a sticky residue that does not come off. There’s a massive hole in the wall that’s been there for however long, and the unit was infested with roaches. Management was next to me when I opened the door for the first time and informed me “ the insulation covers your stuff to stop a fire” everything in the unit is a complete loss due to the roaches and tacky insulation consuming my belongings.

Had a problem with my unit, a hole in the wall could have been from anything but it was pretty big. Jessika fixed it with brand new unit. (This one is way better) thanks Jessika!!!! Photos below for before and afters.
Spoke to the general manager and the employee at this store. both very nasty people and terrible rude attitude. They should not be working anywhere customer facing
Read the fine print. They will raise your rates by $100 or more overnight.
Clean and easy access, but they keep jacking the prices up to unreasonable levels.
Very quick and easy to get a storage unit. The employees are friendly and knowledgeable, the prices are very reasonable and the app is convenient for everything.

As an owner of a moving company I have to give recognition to this place as Manager Patty and her team goes above and beyond for their customers. They are very attentive to details and make sure they keep the facility is kept clean.
My dad and I went to look at storage and Jessika took care of us, at the moment the storage we wanted was under repairs, as soon as it was ready she called us right away to let us know, we rented the unit and we are happy with the service and the convenience of getting the unit. It was a quick and smooth process. Thanks to Jessika.

Other public storage properties were recommended to us and we visited them too. This was cleaner, more friendly and helpful because Bonnie was managing.

Jan 7, 2022: I am updating my review. Since I first rented we had hurricane Ian hit Fort Myers. Gabriel has been very helpful in keeping me up to date on repairs for the facility. Public Storage is repairing and repainting the buildings and has been diligent in keeping unit renters informed and providing support.

Gabriel was very helpful with information for renting a unit as well as pricing goes. He referred us to a storage location near him due to not having a.c units thanks for helping me and my friend secure a space closer to where we live. Made our move a lot smoother.
Gabriel was very helpful with helping my girlfriend and I secure a unit ever tho we ended up not needing the unit more than a few weeks he walked us through the process as well as helping us with vacating instructions. Highly recommended.
The worst place.
My baby staff were covered with roaches, the roof had a white staff failing from it over all my baby’s clothes and furniture. Clothes that I had to trash because were full of roaches. By the time I tried to let them now that situation they offered me to give me another storage unit. Yes, I was pregnant, how I was going to take that furniture out by myself. WHEN I TRIED TO RETURN THE UNIT I went to three public storages offices and there wasn’t a no one, closed, all three, and I went at 2:00 pm on Wednesday.
Are you going to pay US$265 for this? Don’t do it. Look for a better place.

Chris and Gabriel were really professional, they help out my Spanish speaker worker with no hesitation like has happened in many different places, they were really nice and guided us step by step of the process and made it easier for me and my coworkers to have everything good to go. Best customer service that I’ve seen on storage units and what made me more happy was how willing they’re where to help even tho they needed to use an interpreter for my guy. 10/10 I’ll totally recommend it

Well, yes the majority of staff are kind and caring, but slow, lazy, and unaware of answers for half the questions I've had over the last 9 months. My boss was kind enough to let me store my belongings in his unit while I rented a room and had to store my household worth of belongings. Pine Manor is considered Crime Minor, the ghetto, very poor and dangerous. I did not know that because I only moved here three years ago and lived in Cape Coral. When I went and got my belongings over the weekend, everything was completely infested with insects. Nothing could be saved. I am completely heart broken. I have called three times and we have not been able to communicate well. I'm just calling a lawyer tomorrow because we have called several times throughout the 9 months to let the place know there were creepy crawlies all over the place. It was never terminated like they promised. I wish they had to be in our shoes and experience this because maybe then they would have a change of heart. To top everything off, we had to haul all of the stuff to the dump which was an additional fee because we weren't able to use their trash. Really hurts the heart and put a massive damper on my wallet when life is difficult enough and my financial situation is plumating quickly. I don't have funds to replace what I have lost. It's as if I paid them thousands to destroy my favorite things.
It's a storage place
I had some issues with the size and price of the unit when dealing with another person. Brittney was extremely understand and helped me choose the right size unit for what I needed. She was kind and professional, she defiantly knows how to make a angry customer happy. Great experience today.
