ROACHES! ROACHES! ROACHES!
I hate posting negative reviews and will revise if the situation is mitigated by public storage.
I was thrilled to get an affordable storage unit after closing an office. 3 months in I stopped by to grab something and found my stuff infested with roaches. I saw 3 roaches in the 5 minutes I was there running in and out of my boxes. I'm so irritated and bummed. Now I need to bug bomb multiple times because when eggs hatch there will be MORE roaches. Renters beware!!!

Carli was the best. She worked with me to get the units I needed, and went above and beyond to make the customer happy. Had it not been for her, I probably would have went to a different storage facility.

This place doesn't deserve any stars. This place is a complete dump and seriously dirty. I found 7 roaches in my unit, and the property manager didn't care. No one ever answers the phone when you call, nor return your messages, let alone there never seems to be anyone in the office during business hours. Needless to say, my unit was burglarized!! Don't waste your money and find another place!!!

Make sudden price changes after 4 months, without written notice withdrawing additional funds from your account. Added insurance after initial 4 months when we waived it at the start, because our condo insurance covered us. Price nearly doubled. Were told you can only sign in person to cancel the insurance. Image all the seasonal seniors they are scamming that are unable to return for this. This place and its pricing practices should be investigated by the Florida Department of Law Enforcements Financial Crimes Unit. No joke.

Me dijeron q era un sport con aire centralizado pero la temperatura era más insoportable que la de afuera. No me gusta que me mientan! Otra cosa, pasarse unos 10 minutos de la hora de desactivar el hate por la noche no es algo que debería de hacerte tener una lluvia de mensajes de llamada de atención. Con una basta y sobra. Mucha demanda para tan poca calidad de servicio.

one of the worst place to rent, mafe a reservation when i get to the location i was sold a package deal insurance lock plus administration fee and my rent told the property manager that i had my own insurance and my own lock she copt an attitude, i moved in then i noticed after 2 weeks of moving in she or someone made a lock check my locks had stickers i moved out a week later but everytime i went to my storage it was closed, if they would do lock checks as they are supposed to they would have known ioved out and took my locks with me, i called many time after i got a call that my unit was unlocked i left several messages letting them know i had moved out, now I'm getting calls from collectors all because public storage hires lazy people to ork for them
Tori was fantastic, when I walked in, she was singing the most beautiful song and greeted me with the biggest smile. She assisted me in paying my 3 storage units and was absolutely a joy to meet. Thanks again Tori!

Constant rate increases. Now paying $286.00 a month for a 10x15. I do not recommend Public Storage to anyone.
Almost all my stuff I lost but I am trying to get into my storage units but there is no one on site that can help me I don't have the number anymore that's been use when opening my account

This company doesn’t even deserve one star. After hurricane and they don’t want to work with any customers they rather sell their stuff to make more money they’re all about the money making not helping their customers even customers I’ve been customer there for four years I’ve had a storage unit with them for four years and they rather sell my stuff and help me out never been late never miss Payment but need a little help this month because of hurricane in and nope they rather put my stuff up Auction then help somebody. This is definitely not a customer service company this is definitely not a reptile company they’re all about the bottom dollar and that’s it I just wanna have FOX 4 News would like to hear about this how they’re ripping people off and charging an arm and a leg for storage units and then want to sell their stuff the first payment payment they miss don’t want to help and when there’s been a natural disaster they don’t even want to help their customers
After renting a storage unit on the 20th of October for $268 for 1 month, not even 2 weeks later they pulled $98 out of my account without my knowledge and overdrafted that account...then told me they took it for the 20th of November to December 1st and would not put my money back until I moved out, said it was in the contract I signed. I am not a happy camper. Also, you can see where people are busting the sheet rock to get into the next unit and rob people. No cameras throughout, only at the front gate.

Kaitlin, if I spelled that correctly, went above and beyond helping today. She was on top of the game getting the small snafu that came up. Seems the internet pricing wasn’t transferring correctly, but she knuckled down and got it cleared in just a few minutes. She really came through, no doubt.

Horrible customer service. If you need help with anything, call the 800 number. This location and the employee at this location is awful. Call, nobody answers. Leave a message, nobody calls back. 50% shot anyone is actually in the office when you come by. Paid $218 a month for a "climate controlled" space that leaked and ruined my furniture and left mildew everywhere. Take your valuables somewhere else.
