Clean and young lady at the desk was super above and beyond helpful.
Rented a unit sight unseen and mentioned(luckily) in my rental that I was going to store a car. Stephanie caught my comment and called me to tell me the doors at this particular facility weren't wide enough to fit a car through. To me this was above and beyond! She then set us up at a nearby Public Storage facility without cost(our move in date was still in the future). Stephanie saved us a bunch of hassle and did us a big favor!

The woman working here who is from Switzerland is very helpful! She made things smooth choosing a unit size and was very transparent about insurance and the potential for changes in the rent. The rent did increase twice in the span of 6 months so unfortunately I did have to close the unit but I want to say she made that process very easy as well! š«¶š»

I had a lovely experience renting my storage unit with Stephanie today at this location.
This place has no heart. Don't rent from them. I moved 4 hours away. Got a haul. Drove 4 hours to come get my stuff. Got there at 9:08pm. No access after 9pm. My code would not work so i Called the corporate number and they flat out told me they would not open the gate for me. Very disappointed in this place
It’s 2 days after Christmas and they have no heart! People in Florida are so cold and heartless! I understand they have a company to run but I’m almost sure they have the right to have a heart and not auction all our stuff knowing we have nothing! Not a care in world! We are already lost everything we have no home no car and now all of our personal belongings pictures and diplomas from my kids! This is the saddest day and that says a lot due to us not having a Christmas no tree no food no presents and we both just started working being that we got back from Florida a month ago! Life sucks already so why? I just needed 2 more weeks!
Convenient, well managed but expensive.
Update: I spent 6 months working with the manager there to find a unit that was close to parking--because I have difficulty walking very far. THEN, you decided to change things, and now I have to walk about 100 yards to get to my unit, which is a real struggle for me.

If I could give zero stars I would. First, let me start with management(Stephanie)she is the rudest person this company hired, she has a very snobby attitude and does not make you feel comfortable throughout your rental process. If you're there for too long she will harass you to leave the property and threaten to tow your car. My storage unit is full of bees and cockroaches because they don't upkeep with pest control. I SUGGEST YOU GUYS FIND A STORAGE UNIT ELSEWHERE!!! If you like nosy people in your business this is the perfect place for you !

Adequate facility but the customer service is often not even around.
The positive is that the facility and units are in adequate condition. There's not a huge amount of upkeep on the inside, with insulation sheets from the unfinished ceiling sometimes hanging loose and water easily pooling near the doors when it rains. Otherwise, it's just fine.
I've had some awful trouble getting in touch with the property manager when I needed them - probably 9 times out of 10, no one would answer the phone, and then it was a 50/50 shot if they'd return my voice mail. When I've been able to chat with someone, they were, at least, polite and helpful.

Storage is fine, but communication and getting deliveries to the unit is an absolute disaster. I pay over $200 a month only to book a more expensive and earlier flight from a business trip just to receive a delivery. They didn't have the spare key I gave them months ago with a release form I signed. It reappeared when I returned to take it back.
