I would recommend no other storage facility to use, plus the best price i have ever seen. Rentals are very easy, no need to have to talk to someone. It took me about 10 minutes to have everything finalized. They provide a lock for you if it is needed. I went from paying $187 for a 10x10 at a different facility to only $88 for a larger unit.

my experience was good...my only complaint is that I have three units and you are constantly raising rates to the point were I will have to go somewhere else. you do not reward or incentivize reliable good paying customers!

You will get asked things to help you formulate a better choice or option of the unit you may need vs the one you want which I found to be a great “triage” strategy. Mrs. Diana had a great attitude.

Amazing amazing amazing!! I specifically would like to acknowledge Diane, Patty, and Stephanie!! Long story short these ladies saved my life when it came for me to move out my unit at the end of March. I did not properly prep and should have scheduled my move out vs me just showing up. All three of these ladies went above and beyond to accommodate me for the move out because I was on a tight schedule. I would 100% use this facility again if I needed a storage unit.

Simple situation: twin brother unexpectedly died. Sole survivor with all, ALL, paperwork supplied and were told access to retrieve decedents possessions would be given the next day. After two - (hour & 1/2) trips, we arrive. The office is open but unmanned. After an hour wait with no one showing we begin trying to make phone calls. That leads to recordings no actual help. When a manager shows up they say they didn’t receive one document that actually had been provided to them. We had the hard copy with us. Then they said the district manager had to approve. Although we had been told we were approved with all the documentation previously submitted by us. The manager had spent the previous day with the district manager so they had the time and opportunity for the district manager to do her job.
Looking at a second trip from Michigan to Ft Myers for a 3rd attempt.
Costs are exorbitant by the time & travel expenses add up, and loss of income.
Rest in peace Wayne, your twin is trying. 😢
Several times now I've gotten conflicting information about policies and pricing. It's really frustrating when I'm told one thing and when I return I get a different story. Train your people to provide the correct information and be consistent.

We've been renting here for a year. Price started at $258 a month and has increased significantly 2 times since then. We just got a notice that itll increase AGAIN starting March 1st to $417 a month. 😳😳😳 PRICE GAUGING AT ITS FINEST. RUN FAR.

Diane at 3232 Colonial Blvd was extremely helpful and courteous. Showed us a few units to make sure we selected the correct size.
Ive rented units from 2 different Public Storage buildings. On Coloniel Blvd, if you have a problem, your not gonna get help in any way fast. The manager never answers the phone, she MIGHT call you back.. Might.... And she's not in the office much either. I caught her in the office 1 time. Other than that, it's locked up. Had a open sign on the door but it's not and no cars in front so you know she is gone. Doesn't matter the time either. I don't recommend this Public Storage. Public Storage on 82 was so much better. They always had someone in their office. And FYI- for a 15x20 unit was 269.00 a month on Coloniel. Pricey.......

Clean storage for your furniture and other stuff, especially in the AC units They make sure their customers are satisfied. I would recommend this storage to anyone.
My only drawback is that they increase the rent too often, especially in a crisis like this where people have to store because they can't afford to rent an apartment.

Karen at Store #25805 is one of the most pleasant individuals that I have met in a while. When I started my reservation online, she called me right away to see if there were any questions I needed answered and just thanked me for considering Public Storage. She walked me through how to complete my online reservation and informed me about the Public Storage app (that makes gate access much easier). When I and my husband called the store location (2 separate occasions) for additional questions, we didn't get a answer so we left a message both times. Karen responded to our voice messages with a call with in 10-15 mins on both occasions. Karen's pleasant attitude, patience and kindness is enough for me to recommend Public Storage at 3232 Colonial Blvd Fort Myers, FL 33966 to others as customer service is very important to me.

I won a locker off of storage treasures and come to open the storage unit there was missing items out of it. Go to talk with the Property Manager DIANA she was very Hostile and rude when I asked for District Managers phone number and Diana refused to give me any information and was argumentative with me as a customer. I can’t believe people steal out of auction lockers after pictures are taken and posted I have Proof of what the locker looked like on the website and missing items on the property but employees don’t want to help and figure the situation out to get it resolved but they fight and argue with customers.
