I have been a customer at this Publix Storage location on 9600 NW 40th Street Rd, Doral, FL for a year now, and I have consistently reported the poor maintenance of their moving cart. Today there is only one available and it barely rolls. It is frustrating to see that such a simple and important tool for the storage and its customers has not been fixed in more than a year. It reflects a lack of care and attention to the needs of their customers. I hope they take action soon to improve their maintenance.
Melania at this Doral location is the best she helped me to reserve my unit and when I needed to change my move in date she was such a big help and very friendly. I highly recommend!!

I'm very lucky. She was very professional and helpful and assisted me to find a second unit as I was downsizing. I highly recommend this location.

I Reserved space online I got the confirmation number with a move in date 7/3/23 & even went to the office under a big storm on monday 06/19/23 I told them I was moving in a few days
& I was told I could pay that day. That my space was on hold reserved for me. I find out my space is rented out & today is Thursday just a cuple day after. The personal in this office are very unprofessional there is not any customer service at all. They should of communicated with me to let me know that I was first option & reserved this space. I am very sad for this. No respect for advertised sales or reservations. Worst place ever. Be careful

I need it a store asap and I call the public storage on 97 avenue Nw 40 st and spoke to Melania she explained my options and made the reservation online. The reason why I rate them one star is because they raised my storage to $136 a month for a 5x10 when I was paying $50 then it went up little by little now I'm paying $136 a month that is ridiculous that's how money are hungry corporations are

Melanie was superb! She was very friendly and funny.
I’ve been renting at this facility for over 2 years and the property is always well maintained. I was about to switch to a competitor for a better price, but Melanie explained the options available to me and I was actually getting a better deal to stay here! So I took the much needed upgrade and literally moved my items around the corner.
My only gripe is that the dumpster is always closed! What’s the point? I can’t throw away small bags of garbage as I clear out my space.

One of the most excellent and professional storage experience ive had in Miami which made my move so easy. Melania, who works at the desk, was extremely professional and helpful, making sure the check in was speedy and escorting us to the unit to make sure all was in order. She was so helpful and attentive. The facility is one of the cleanest and most organized I have seen - having been a client of Public Storage for over five years. Congrats for doing a great job!

I never write reviews but I just had to share how above and beyond Daniel’s customer service has been. This man deserves to be manager and a raise!!! The only reason why I’m giving a 5 star is because of Daniel.
Honestly, I have not been having the best experience with Public Storage even after being a loyal customer over the past 7 years. The corporation and its policy really do not care to provide excellent or any customer service.
I spoke with Daniel a week before my move and he helped me reserve my unit. The day of the big move (going from one PS location to another PS location) the company website was nit properly working. It kept giving me an error yet managed to charge my credit card 5x. I called customer service and since they did not see any payments, I was asked to go to the location and pay there.
I called the store and thankfully spoke with Daniel again to inform him of the problem I was having. Daniel assured me everything was fine. I asked him if they would honor the internet price, at first he said no they could not but I explained the charges were reflecting on my end so there was an issue with their website. He was aware of the problem and said he would honor the price.
Daniel was so sweet, fully aware that I was coming across town during afternoon rush hour traffic, he waited for me past closing to help me. After the long day of hauling, resolving unforeseen problems, and dealing with traffic, I was so happy to arrive at the location and see him there ready to attend me. As per the company policy, he was not required to do anything of what he did for me. He did it out of the kindness of his heart and I am forever grateful for his assistance. PS should make him head of there customer service.
