⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ This 5-star review is for Dian—NOT Public Storage. Let’s be real, ever since Public Storage swallowed up More Space, the quality has plummeted faster than a dropped safe. That’s not on Dian. Every single time I’ve dealt with her, she’s been pleasant, professional, and clearly cares about the customers—rare these days! Shout-out also to the mystery lady (sorry, didn’t catch your name) who was equally pleasant. My point: Public Storage may not believe in staffing their offices like More Space once did, but the two humans they do have—Dian and Mystery Lady—are the only thing keeping this place tolerable. Public Storage = 👎🏾. Dian & Mystery Lady = 👍🏾👍🏾.

I love Public Storage. It was so easy for me to reserve a space online on the app and move in 30 minutes later. Dian was the person that helped me when I came to physically look at the space and actually do the rental agreement. She was more than kind and courteous. Dian answered all of my questions and took time to explain everything in detail. The facility is exceptionally clean and does not have any odors or bugs or rodents. The elevators are strategically located and also very clean. One of the major advantages of this building is that there is a high level of security. You cannot even access the floor if you do not rent a unit on that floor Thank you, Dian and Public Storage. I will highly recommend this establishment to all of my friends.

Have Been renting here for five years and continuing. Dian, Facility Front Desk Commander, provides outstanding customer care. She is direct, straight shooter and honest with a dynamite smile. Her expertise in the system is unsurpassed. The facility itself is very clean, secure, and well maintained. A definite go-to place for true storage value.

Used to Be Great – Now It’s a Nightmare I’ve been renting a unit at this location for almost 5 years, back when it was More Space Storage—and it was excellent. The staff was friendly, the office had coffee, snacks, a comfortable waiting area with chairs, and there were always multiple employees available to help. It really felt like they cared about the customer experience. Since Public Storage took over, everything has gone downhill. They removed all the chairs in the office. Now, everyone has to stand around while waiting. The coffee/snacks/drinks station? Gone. Worst of all: they cut the staff down to just one person working the entire property. I went in today and had to wait 30 minutes just to be helped. The guy in front of me had five units and couldn’t even finish his business because he felt bad for holding up the line. Totally unacceptable. Another time, I got stuck inside the facility. I followed another car in, and then my gate code wouldn’t work. The office was empty and dark. It felt like the place was abandoned. Eventually, the code worked again, but it was a stressful and unsafe experience. This place has gone from a well-run storage facility with great service to a poorly managed, frustrating mess. If you're considering renting here, think twice.

Dolly exelente atención

I love how professional Dian the manager is. Before she even helped me i observed the test of her patience with upset customers not understanding why things were glitching in thier account. She was trying her best to answer every question to the best of her abilites. Once she was done and i stepped up, i applauded her for her professionalism. I think Public storage should be proud to have Dian as the face of thier new building. I reccomend requesting Dian’s help. She will answer any question you may have. You can even ask the same question twice and she will still answer it lol.
