I moved in recently. It has a gate and can be accessible until 9 pm. They have a deal for $1 for the first month but mine actually came out to $53 for a 10ftx20ft. Which to me is still a great deal. I only plan to be there one month and there is no penalty for staying only one month. Next month will cost $266 I believe

The unit itself though has rats which would've been appreciated to know to put down traps at least, hence I had furniture to put in there and it was all ruined so i might as well have had it at someone's house.

Quoted for a parking spot day 1 $42/month, 2 days later to reserve quote increased to $62. Next day for setup of account and start, quoted $90. (after setup fee $25) Bye Bye
The best of the best!
Highly upset and very disappointed with my experience here since day one of rental. I rented a climate controlled space and took me about about 45 minutes to find the unit alone only because thanks to some gentleman who helped me find my unit. Without them I would have never found it. No direction of where the unit was provided nor a correct door access code to get to my unit. The access code that was provided to me was not correct. I called the main line, was on the phone for a good 30 minutes to only be told that she will email the property and hopefully within the next couple days I should be contacted. Not only am I paying for a unit that I can not access because a correct code was not provided to me, wasted time and money to get to my unit but was provided no help.
Revised review: A/C was out for months, every week the response was "oh the part we need is getting shipped here tomorrow". I guess the place is fine if you don't need a climate controlled unit.

I’m very glad we decided to use this storage facility. No other facility in Melbourne or Cocoa could accommodate a ABF trailer and the man and woman that were working there were very helpful and friendly. They even let me use a hand truck all day because I forgot mine. I think people typically just post reviews when they’re angry so I wanted to be sure and give them the credit they deserve.
Amy and Jack were absolutely amazing! Jack drove me around to look at all of the spacious and clean units. From there indoor climate controlled units to their clean and tidy outdoor units. They made my crazy hectic day and turned it completely around! Thank you so much guys for your amazing service!!!! Best Storage Unit experience I’ve ever had!
DONT PUT YOUR STUFF HERE!! Had all of my belongings in a “Climate Controlled” Unit for about 4 months and when I emptied it all of my stuff was infested with HUGE roaches.

non functioning gate since week 1...everyone has 24 hr access including thieves but they charge you for it. charged for months without my knowledge for paper billing(never given the option to decline) Bill never adjusted(oh well). drunk guy living in his unit (man cave excuse) harrassed me every time i was there. assaulted on property by tenant jack(mgr) chose to be security because " he never saw me before". Nothing was said Nothing was done at the property or the dozens and dozens of calls i made to corporate or regional mgr(reg mgr called back at 345am) i tried to pay by phone but next months rent was added in and gave no other option. I got my stuff and got out(had a tenant cut the lock off). Jack called sheriif to have me charged w trespass,theft,destruction of property...theyd rather make a criminal out of you than rectify or even address the problem(s) . I left another message w corporate -adjust my bill and ill pay it...nothing,nada,squat..they dont care about you or your property its not safe or secure and thats what i(thought) i pay for...GO ELSEWHERE!!
