We were able to reserve our original unit online with no issues. Easy enter with lock provided. The next day we realizing we needed a larger unit we called Dan an he was able to get us another unit in with short notice. This was a blessing since we were in need of storage due to the hurricane. Clean facility and great location.

The staff is great, that’s the sole reason for the 4 star review. Public Storage’s corporate policies are garbage. Constant rate increases, even though their costs are about as inflation proof as they come, no doubt the increases are tied into bonuses for the piggies at the top. “Clutching forks and knives, to eat their bacon!”(sung along with a harpsichord)

I came down from New Jersey and immediately came to get a storage and met Melissa at the location greeted me exceptional. The process was very fast. She informed me about the digital gate to get in so you don’t have to step out of your car and that was so great. This place is a rip off. They've raised my rent 170.00 in 4 months. The ceiling is falling in in my unit and even though I have no food or water in my unit, I have rats!!!!! Not only that, but they cut my personal lock off of my unit and went into my unit for no reason. Be very leary of renting from here.
I don't think I will be needing anything else but I will like to see if I can get a refund back for the unit

I went to Public Storage this weekend to see the unit size that best fit my needs. I didn't have an appointment with them so when I arrived at the office it was very busy inside but to my surprise the manager Melissa handled everyone with grace and a big smile on her face. I looked high and low for storage places near me to store my belongings when needed and I always look at each locations Google reviews to see what the customers think. I'm always looking for the best value and service so when I came across this location and saw the location and the reviews I thought it was too good to be true especially about this one particular person in customer service Melissa. Well I went in yesterday and rented and I don't doubt anymore it is and she is everything that the Google reviews said! I highly recommend that you rent here and ask for Melissa.
I have been at the same unit for over 4 years now. Several times I have needed either account or unit assistance and Melissa has always stayed on top of things and gotten them straightened out. Every time I go there she is busy but never so much so that she neglects the renters.

First day of my move I havent moved in just yet (long story) but so far and from past experience with public storage they are A1 top teir. Theyre easy to book a unit and even more easy to deal with when there are issues. I just spoke with melissa on the phone because I had a question about the location of the unit. I store a bike when I book them when im on jobs so this isnt my first rodeo. And she not only ensured me it was an outside unit because I wasnt sure from the map. She actualy went and looked and called me back and confirmed it is an outside unit. She honestly didnt have to do that but she did. Big kudos to her and the public storage company as a whole. The only issue i have with public storage and I understand it to keep people from living in the units is there are hours of access to your unit. Which keeps me from accessing my bike at 2 am for a night ride. Other then that anyone needed a unit should come here and if lucky enough have the pleasure of meeting melissa as i have.

Disrespectful, after I asked a question about rates and was told that they do not have rates available for 2 months out. I ended the call only to receive a call back from Sean or Shawn with a Disrespectful attitude basically yelling at me saying "nobody is going to have rates available" after his attitude and tone I will never deal with public storage again. At least not at this location. What aggravated me the most was that he had a nasty attitude and called me back after u ended the call. Learn respect or find a different job. 💯

I dont even want to leave 1 review honest. We have been renting a unit for a few years now and the rent keeps going up and now it's $307 a month. We went there at 7am this morning and of course still dark out. They had absolutely no lights on not even the the sign was lite up. It was hard to find and very dangerous inside and we were worried if someone was in there and it was scary. I mean you are charging me $307 and can't put the light on so we can be in safer environment and see what's going on around us. Dang eve. Motel 6 leaves the lights on. Also the guy who had a unit across from us moved out because of rent being so high and we will be gone at the end of the month.
I'm so happy I came here I got an awesome deal online and when I came here Jennifer is who helped me and she is amazing she was so helpful and extremely nice I definitely recommend come here

I want to give them a better rating because the woman who works there is WONDERFUL, but of course I can't think of her name. Otherwise, the units are gross, they pressure washed without notification and the paint chips inside destroyed all of my furniture, they raised rent a LOT with minimal notice (while the woman above went back and lowered it a couple of months later), the male manager is rude, and the automatic notifications from corporate are absurd. You're going to auction my stuff because I'm 3 days late, when I've paid $400/month for a horribly filthy unit for the last year? Not to mention the fact that I had 2 more massive units with you for 3 months? You're going to verbally punish me because I stopped to help someone with a dead battery in your property, and left 3 minutes after 9? Get outta here...
I now store everything with U-Haul on Walsingham. It's cleaner, more inviting, less expensive and worth the extra 15 minutes to get there from my house. Plus, if I'm 3 days late? They call and just say "hey, late fees are waived, but don't forget to pay".
If corporate is going to have such a stronghold on their locations, perhaps they should clean them up a tad and charge less so as to avoid pi$$ing off long-term tenants. They also don't offer a prorated move-out which is ridiculous; probably because they can't fill the units they do have, and have to jab their customers to make up for it.

My husband had a reservation at this location for a $1. Move in then the monthly rent was $154.00 a month after. We had contacted the felicity and told them we would be in on Sat Feb. 25th they said no problem we will take care of it. We get to the felicity and they tell us sorry we don't have any 10x20 for that price REALLY!!! THEY DIDN'T HONOR MY HUSBAND'S RESERVATION

The units are meh...Sort of rundown, paint chips flaking all over my belongings and the kicker: I was 10 days late after being on-time for 8 months @ $325/month because of an issue they were having processing the card on file (which, btw, I used to ultimately make my payment online) and they sent me this lovely message (see image).
That's ok, U-Haul on Walsingham is cleaner, less expensive and they are more appreciative of my business. That's where I have my other 5 units.
You all should give them a try!

I have been a customer at this facility for over three years. During this time, the rates have tripled, and the customer service went from very outstanding, to the bottom of the toilet. I would not recommend this location to anyone needing storage in this area. I am attempting to find an alternative location.

Our unit was supposed to be 'climate controlled'. I'm not sure how PS defines 'climate controlled', but when we went to empty our unit on two visits, it was close to 90 in the building and just as humid inside as it was outside. SO MUCH stuff in our unit was covered in little blobs of mold. Current and prospective customers should tour this facility and bring a little $15 temperature and humidity gauge. Temps and humidity levels are WAY too high.

Got an online reservation/price but when i went in, they said they were out of that size but offfered free upgrade...ok, fine...but in just a few months they adjusted my rent over $50 dollars! Manager said she would adjust but then said she couldnt, said Customer service would, they said they would but didnt, Supervisor said Sorry, nothing they could do.😡 Will be going to Life Storage!
Very positive experience!!! Celia at Public Storage was SO HELPFUL! She was very thorough with all the rules and instructions, and showed us the unit we had selected to ensure we were happy with both the unit and the facility. The rental process was complicated, but Celia made it a breeze for us! Within 15mins we had selected & rented a storage unit. The facilities are clean & pretty new! The lot is gated via code or app for extra security.
A little backstory: we had just been let down at Uhaul down the street; after having a reservation booked 2 months in advance, we showed up at the Uhaul only to find out they booked us a unit that was actually not even available... with nothing even close left from which to choose. We were scrambling! We ran down to Public Storage down the road and could not have ended up happier. Thank you, Celia & Public Storage team for such a fantastic experience! Highly recommend!
The people here at Public storage are amazing. Ms. Celia in the office was very attentive to my needs greeted me immediately as soon as I walked in the door and made sure that every request that I needed was met. Any questions that I had she answered. I ended up renting a storage unit and getting one bigger for the same price that I rented the original one for. I walked out a very happy customer.

Being in the Army for 20 years I've moved a lot and have had many storage units. This was the first time I've used Public Storage. I can't honestly speak for all Public Storage locations but this location is top of the line. The location is easy to get to, get in and get out of especially considering the heavy traffic here in FL. They have climate controlled buildings that are well maintained, clean, secure and contain motion sensor lighting that easily illuminates all areas of the buildings.
Unfortunately though I can't speak highly enough about the staff that assisted my father and I. Jerry worked with my father to make sure he thoroughly understood everything pertaining to the storage unit and didn't have any questions. Jerry was extremely knowledgeable, professional and went above and beyond to make sure my father and I were extremely satisfied.
Celia's knowledge of the exact location and current status of the units was amazing. She was beyond helpful in choosing a unit that fit my father's needs. (This may not sound like much to some people but it made a world of difference to my father and I) My father is older and suffers from COPD. He gets out of breath easily and as soon as she saw he was having issues she immediately gave him her chair and set the workstation up so that he could complete everything from the chair rather then standing at the counter.
Dawn C. went the extra mile for my father and I as well. The original unit that my father selected was not going to be ready that day due to unforseen maintenance. So she switched my father to a more expensive unit in a better location for the same discounted price he was originally going to pay. She didn't have to do this but she did.
As I said previous I can't speak for all Public Storage locations but this one I highly recommend. In the 11 different storage rental facilities Ive used this one is by far the best.
Been a customer at this location for over a year and very happy with the service. Julie has been wonderful, friendly and great to work with. She is rockstar when it comes to customer service and satisfaction. ***** 5 stars
I just want to say that ai have had a wonderful experience with this Public Storage. Julie is so sweet and a beautiful soul. She was very helpful and compassionate and a very hard worker. She is someone that really enjoys her job. As long as she is there I will continue to use this Public Storage.
