The prices are reasonable, and she is super attentive to your needs. All your needs, control for the gate, your receipts and payment control is on the app provided by them. No problems for me!!! She was patient, kind, and very knowledgeable of her job. If she hasn't already received it, she needs a ginormous pay raise. Good employees are hard to find and harder to keep. I wanted to share how the Public Storage staff, Mertie treated me with the utmost respect and friendliness. She took the time to answer my questions and concerns. Very polite and showed me different units soon I would be assured that I was renting the proper unit. I would highly recommend her and Public storage at 1615 Highland Ave to everybody. I'm so glad I stopped in as she was outstanding.

Do not do business with these people. Go to a place that actually publishes their monthly rate. Public storage will immediately start increasing the rent until you give them notice. They will then say just kidding, we'll give you a discount if you stay. Rodents and moisture that will damage your property. They will NOT DO A REQUIRED REPAIR! The roll up door was almost impossible to open but they would not fix it. Don't. Just don't. It was a horrible experience.

Myrtie made my entire experience with your company phenomenal. I reserved a storage unit earlier in the week and she called two times to verify I was still coming to check out the unit. Upon taking the tour, she was very professional and polite and made my day very easy. She is unbelievable with customers, and if I was the manager of that facility, I would make sure she is well taken care of.
I stopped by this location today to purchase additional packing supplies but no one was in the office and then out of the blue a lady pulled up and asked if we were looking for the property manager. She said she was one of the property managers for this location and that it was her day off but she would be happy to help both of us with whatever we needed! Let us in to make a payment and purchase additional packing supplies. Now that is customer service at it's finest!!! Thank you Melissa!!!

I came to this exact location Public Storage in February 2024 anxious, in a panic, and completely blind to renting a storage place ever. Myrtle was the precious soul to assist and calm my worries. She was so wonderful with me and the situation I was in in having to find a place to store all my belongings from the home I had just moved from. She was perfectly professional and explained all information in a way I was able to recieve it. After it was all said and done with two units for me to load my life in but since this day these two ladies here at highland public storage have become my friends. They always greet me and my kids with a wave and a smile. Every day we share words of gentle conversation. These two woman I look forward to seeing when I have to go to my unit. I am so greatful and appreciative for the big things and the little things they provide for me and my family and out tangible belongings. They are always keeping the grounds clean and tidy. They are personable and care for each client and the comfort they are in or not in. I would recommend this location and company to anyone who is in need to place their things in storage. I was driving from LA.. long drive coming in late, and She went out of her way to meet me after hours to get my keys for a next day am delivery. she insured my space was in an area that the movers could easily back up into, which made for a perfect move in and no added fees from movers. Not only was she all of the above but extremely insightful etc. Units looked great and good condition etc., easily accessible, helpful staff (another gentleman whose name I can’t remember at the moment), convenient location, and clean. 10/10 would recommend

Nice experience from the moment I walked in the door. I believe the cashier’s name was Odyssey hopefully I spelled it right but she was very informative and patient with me. She explained each unit to me and allowed me to see the property. She made me aware how safe my items would be if I chose to rent a unit and I can say it’s the best experience I’ve had from a storage place and I’m looking forward to renting my unit with her. Odyssey keep up the good work honey, what a asset to this business.
DO NOT GET A UNIT HERE!!! I paid as a GUEST for someone else's account a few times and Public Storage took my card information and started charging me monthly without my knowledge or consent even after the unit was closed. Choose a different place to store your stuff, These people WILL rob you.

Terrible service, I pay $300 monthly and I don’t have access to my property 24 hrs. After calling in I was denied access to drop off said items and to collect my medication but a friend of mine was granted access after closing hrs and the ONLY difference was..he is white and wanted to sell his car in storage and I am not white and wanted my medication and to drop off more items. Beware people, DIRTY business practices = Public Storage.

I've been a customer at this location for 13 months. The lady that was at the office today Odyssey was by far the best and most experienced customer service rep I've ever met in my 42 years. Y'all need to make her manager cause she is amazing thanks again ma'am.

I wasn't at the public storage I was actually at a very beautiful little quaint family store called the rainbow it is a very nice place to shop for simple things only thing you can't get there is gas you can even get clothes there everything they have there is fresh and ready just for you I love to travel to this quaint little store call the Rainbow Market that is located in by that public storage I guess you have to go there to see tell them Bridget sent you very beautiful Indian people

I was not told nor aware of the price hiking every 6 months. I could rent a studio apartment for not much more.. Bill was rude and no help when trying to rectify the above situation!
