Terrible Service and they trick you with the prices. Lord forbid your things are there for two or more months because you will pay an extra $150.00 as the months past by with no explanation besides their rates went up. No warning, no email, no letter. I would recommend you guys to run far the other way!
I will absolutely NOT rent from here again. I should have continued with extra space! Customer service is horrible when calling corporate, the lady hung up on me after I let her know that I am owed a refund for a lock that I returned when having my own. The property manager named Megan would not refund the lock, after I had called NUMEROUS times. They do NOT ANSWER, and I am paying for a climate controlled unit, but the A/C is broken, yet I do not get any kind of compensation for it
Tried to make one time payment and it keeps going to autopay. Will make payment in person. Not happy. They had to change my storage unit due to the ceiling insulation falling down on my showroom detailed car in there till its sold. When they did the storage unit change it canceled my autopay. I don't want to enroll in autopay. Not happy because of long drive to get to office.

Terrible corporate practices. A few months after I moved in the rate was changed - an increase from $44 to $59/month. The old bait-and-switch, it would appear.

RATS!!! After storing our stuff here for a while we went to empty it out and there was rat poop and urine all over. Never again.

Every time I have to update the app I can't get in , now its telling me my Bluetooth is off , I never turn my Bluetooth off, can't use the app , can you fix this ? I've tried un installing it several times and it denies my Bluetooth every time .
Rented me a 10x15 Unit. After filling it with an entire furnished 2 bedroom apartment, I came back the next day and found water damage from a bunch of holes in the ceiling. When I went to the front, they told me I had to either keep it in the storage unit, or move it to another one. They want me to move my stuff to the complete other side of the facilities myself because they’re too incompetent to check their units before renting. They said they checked it before renting it, but rust doesn’t dissolve a square foot of metal in a day. So now, they want me to miss my travel plans on Monday, spend extra money to stay another night in a hotel, and rent another truck to move everything. Stay away from this place at all costs, I wouldn’t trust this site to store a paper clip.
Price has gone way out of sight roof leaks and lights out inside of storage unit.
Megan lied and said my dog jumped out at her but that mad no sense when she clearly was approaching my truck and my dog is a puppy….she doesn’t even know how to bark right… Megan is a complete liar and when I spoke with the property manager she sided with the lying employee… I take this personal because I don’t like liars… they even banned me in the district l doesn’t matter their are storages everywhere… literally they’re people complaining about Megan’s attitude… I don’t understand how these companies keep these people employed… I mean it’s evident someone has to be telling the truth about how lackluster the employee treats paying customers….my review was somehow deleted so this is a new and current…stop supporting these people EXTRA SPACE STORAGE IS UP THE STREET AND LITERALLY NO ONE TREATS YOU LIKE YOU DONT BELONG WHEN YOUR PAYING…I HATE LIARS SHE IS DISGUSTING

I've had a unit there for 7 months. I recently moved all of my stuff out of storage as I obtained a new apartment to reside in. We ran out of space in the truck so I left a hose and a box of things that were all trash on 3/23 with intentions of removing it the next Saturday (my next day off work) which is 3/29. I have the unit paid for through 3/31. They left me a message on 3/24 that they saw I took MY lock off of the unit & that I needed to put it back on or that I needed to get the stuff out of my unit or I'd be charged a cleaning fee. I called them 3/25 at 11AM, no one answered and a voice mail option didn't come up. I come back from lunch at 12:45pm and see a notice that they charged me a $75.00 clean up fee!!!!!!!!!!! It is MY unit until 4/1!!!!! I'm not done with the unit yet. The next issue is that all of my belongings were infested with palmetto bugs aka roaches. There have been at least 8 of them and in the far left corner of the unit, there is a huge pile of the bugs' feces!!!!!!!!!! Now I have roaches in my new home. I'm so upset. I will NOT be paying the $75 ridiculous fee and next time I need storage use, it will NOT be with this specific location. Management needs to fix these issues ASAP!!

They took my money for the unit. Megan has been talking mean telling me I need to organize storage from outside my storage. They add on pro rated fees after you pay and make a deal then double charge you for first month and lock you out of your unit till its paid. I'd recommend highly any storage besides this one.

Very rude young lady from this department or particular store in Brandon called me. I deal with public storage a lot because I buy storages. I know the rules. If you’re out by the first you do not owe rent she proceeds to call me and tell me that I still owe , no ma’am you better go back to your policy book and pull it up because I don’t OU anything and I will find someone else to do my business with .

Check in process was a total nightmare with Crystal. New employee first time alone. The temperature controlled units are extremely hot and there's 0 lighting in the hallway. I paid for the unit and next day decided that I wasn't going to store there and I went back the next day to have them process a refund a week goes by no contact so I go back to the facility only to find out the property manager that the company denied my refund request after one day and not even moving in. They stole $140 from me this place needs to be shut down do not go anywhere near this facility

I am sooo pleased with the property manager at this location. Meghan is extremely helpful and professional. I booked a storage locker and was hoping to get an upper locker instead. None was available at the time but Meghan remembered and call me a week to inform me one opened up. Extremely helpful and actually does her job!!!!!

I must say renting my unit this morning was totally awesome. Megan was 100% on her job duties as well as selling me a perfect spot. She made sure that I understood all qualities of my documentation as well as any promotions that you guys have available at your location. I moved out of the storage unit in 2/6/22 I called and asks if I could get the rent prorated since I was not going to be there for the full month. They told me they do not do that. So I paid the full month rent to be there only 6 days. To get to my unit and to find my things covered in mold, and water public storage ceiling fell I had all the pink installation all of my items and that was covered in mold the roof had a hole in it I got no compensation I was told just to make a claim and I did so now I'm waiting for my claim to go through I will never go to them again
