The woman behind the counter was rude and unkind. There was a problem with my reservation and instead of having any customer service skills (I.e. sorry there has been a misunderstanding, let me see if I can help you find something at another location, let me see how I can help you) her responses were “you rented the wrong thing” “it’s your fault not ours” “I’ve got nothing for you” “I don’t know if we will even give you a refund”

WENT ONLINE AND RENTED A CLIMATE CONTROLLED UNIT. GOT TO THE UNIT TO FIND IT NOT CLIMATE CONTROLLED. NO BIG DEAL. WELL THEY WOULD NOT RERUND US OUR MONEY. THE LADY RUNNING THE OFFICE CALLED MY WIFE A LIAR. SAYING THEY DONT HAVE CLIMATE CONTROLLED UNITS. WHAT A SCAM.
Lori, LORI is awesome. Every time I come and she has a solution for my problem. She should be a general manager. She’s friendly she understands the business. The place is clean, neat and accessible. She always has a kind word and a smile she understands how everything works for you the customer and how to make it work if it’s not Lori, you are awesome.

My storage floor was very dirty and sticky. I was cleaning it and it was past the hour when I left. I got a call about that. Now I mentioned how dirty. So I clean it
I had accidentally picked the wrong size unit, and Wende did an amazing job helping me choose the correct size unit for my needs. She explained everything clearly and i had no issues with anything. All in all, I had an amazing experience

EDIT: This used to be a five-star review. At the moment I signed up, everything seemed great. Read on to see why it's not:
The employees are rude and unwelcoming. I had just bought my unit, and was there less than one hour getting it organized, and I was told that I cannot "hang out" at the facility.
Now, after that, I feel rushed. Every time I am at the storage facility, I am nervous for one of the employees to pass by on their checks and misperceive me as someone loitering.
I am not including other minor incidents in this review because I think, from what I have said already, it is sufficient to say: the employees have not been good to me.
I regret choosing this to be my storage location. For how expensive my unit is, I wish I received appropriate consideration and respect.
I do not recommend this place at all. Please, do yourself this good: choose a storage facility with a more welcoming and affordable atmosphere.

Don't rent from here! Had a parking spot for over 8 years and not only did they increase the rent drastically every 6-12 months, but they also continually made new demands on what their rules are.

I needed a place fast. The place is wonderful.
Watch out. Price and description aren’t the same. The promotion for a 5x5 on a “small storage” is not right, the correct price is $55/month. They trick me with the “special” price now I’m stuck with my tiny storage for a month, and I couldn’t even fit my stuff on the storage.
When doing the contract online it always mention a “5x5 storage” The term “small locker or 5x5x4” wasn’t mention until they send the confirmation email after you pay.
Admin fee is not refundable after you complete the contract online… smart huh?
The manager told me to call corporate & wasn’t helpful at all. When I showed her the website and all the process on how I did the contract she didn’t even wanted to look at it, online it does not reveal the proper size of the unit until you pay.
