Great place and staff
My experience was one of the best I’ve ever had. And I’m not just saying that. I was in an urgent need of a storage unit. I went online and made my reservation on a Saturday while traveling and on Sunday morning Danyel followed up with me by phone. I told her I would come by Sunday afternoon. When I did she was extremely thorough and helpful, as well as friendly. Within a few minutes I viewed and paid for my storage unit. Thank you to Danyel for superb customer service and care!

CONS: 1 Star. And serious "cons." Pubilc S. scams new and past military personnel knowing we're deployed. So they keep raising the rates knowing we're unable to return and vacate. They tripled my initial rate over two years while I was assigned to Ukraine saying "We don't have Military Rate Benefits. Sorry for the inconvenience." Pathetic corporate ethics and morals.😮💨

I went by public storage place to see how much it would be since I am new to the area and this young kind gentleman by the name of kj I think I know it starts with a k but he was so kind very generous and so helpful and he answered all my questions and he assured that I got my questions answered and was very patient and that goes along way I highly recommend this place there management is great and up to part.

This location is infested with roaches and so much more. Their customer service is horrible. If you make a payment at another location, they can’t see your payment over there and they will auction your unit off even though you made a payment and all of your belongings will be infested with roaches.

I started renting here a couple years ago and over that time rent has risen from around $120/mo to nearly $180/mo. I don't understand what qualifies the increase, the facilities don't appear to have been upgraded over this time.
It's not the worst place and some of the units are climate controlled. Gates are automatic with remote access through the app.
If you can afford to rent here it may be worth it, but most of us probably can't. I can't imagine what these people are making with their pricing.

When I deliver my rent check every month, Grace is professional; yet greets me in a friendly manner. She's always ready to assist when I have a problem either with my account or a service that Public Storage supplies.
After 6 months my unit went up almost a $100. due to the pandemic. It's now $190. per month. Not what I signed up for.
My father passed during covid & I wanted some of my parents furniture. Because of covid we haven't been able to bury my dad. Now I have to rent a truck quickly, travel over 2,ooo miles and miss my fathers burial ceremony. Thanks!
