Ken was very helpful , he help me tremendously. I find very kind unlike the other guy that accused me of sleep there . I'm upset I was there between 9-10 am . He just assumed. I showed Ken my storage and even him says there no place for someone to even lay there . Obviously ridiculous, that's a shame that public storage hire this other man . Anyways Thanks to the amazing professional services of Ken , I was able to go to other storage company but only decide to stay after the amazing service that Ken provided .

Customer service complete and utter incompetence, absolutely useless, time wasting, aggrivating people. During normal business hours I went to on-site office only to find no one is there, for well over an hour. Call customer service to find where this person is and no one knows anything about anything, I am unsure if these agents know enough to even know their own name. Transfered constantly from one know nothing to the next.
The Employees keep the door lock always and never available. Paying my bill for last 9 months every single time i come they are locked and not available. Same with never having change for cash payments

Christina, the CSR deserves the first star, she is a great rep and very helpful and understanding. Anthony,another CSR is also nice and helpful. The other star is for the cleanliness.
Unfortunately the manager is completely the opposite. He takes any positive experience away, is illogical and outright lies. In short, he insists in charging you for a months full rent of a unit that you vacate even if it is one hour past the deadline, late being 12:01am on the 1st of the month! It gets worse…I had another renter for the unit, but they never called them back. Why? Bc the mgr had already rented it elsewhere, as evidenced by a new lock being placed on the unit mere hours after I left. (I verified with the CSR’s). What’s more, they are still after me for the full amount of rent.
I had two 10x30 units. Got them the same day.
I left the one bc somehow it became $100+ more expensive! How?! Now they just upped the rent again (3rd time in a year?!). Denied a rate decrease and every late charge (various reasons) I’ve asked for. Yep, I’m guilty for paying late. At a 20% of rent charge on day 6, I have to be their favorite sucker, errr customer.
I rented the unit online. The process was quick and straightforward. Once at the facility I was impressed by the security and cleanliness of the building. I have rented other storage units before and this is by far the cleanest and well kept facility. Kudos to whoever manages this building.
The cost of storage (and everything) has gone up but, the staff here is tremendous and worked with me to avoid a late fee.

Christine and Tony have done an amazing job working at this facility. They're very kind people who try to help out as best they can, unlike others I have seen. Some days that I've come in, it's just one of them, and other days, both are there taking care of the place. A lot of people showed up one time, and I was surprised at how well they'd done everything on their own and them taking care of two facilities at once. Great pair working with each other, and both having each other back even if they have someone else with them other than themselves and when they're not there it's still a good staff of good people. I've been meaning to write a review for them, but I kept forgetting until now. They do a really good job keeping the place clean, too.

Just rented at this Public Storage location. First the building is new, extremely clean and has modern features like being able to open the ground floor with your phone using their app. The manager, Peggy, is awesome. She was able to quickly direct me to where my unit was (without looking at a map), was really friendly and professional. The lock and insurance information was already in my unit when I arrived. I highly recommend this location-its the nicest Public Storage facility I’ve seen.
I had such a good experience with Christine!! She is knowledgeable in both the policies and understands a customer's need for quick and available storage. The signing up process was quick and painless; I think I spend more time at the checkout counter at Publix.
I definitely recommend this company at any of their locations. The bays are simple enclosures, which are clean and spacious. The hallways are wide and they provide wheeled dollies. I'm moving in today!!

Serena's customer service is impeccable I've been renting here long term and even when she tells me things I don't want to hear she's very polite and I do what she says and it's helped me be a better renter with all her due diligence and telling me the rules and regulations and what I should do and what I shouldn't do sometimes it hurts my feelings but she's always right.
Her diplomatic style is awesome and she always has a smile on her face and she's always there to help and I always see her cleaning the elevator and picking up extra things that people left behind so she's always keeping everything tidy and I really appreciate that.
