I am 9 months pregnant I have 3 kids under the age of 5 all of my kids clothes my unborn baby clothes are all in my unit I was told that I needed to make a payment on the 8th they sold my until on the 8th wow when I spoke with the manager at another location I was treated with disrespect uncaring nonchalant attitude I asked to speak with a district manager i was giving the run around please do not put your stuff in this storage they are gypsies.

Carl was honestly great !! I had broke my lock by accidentally dropping it but had to fly back home for an emergency. Carl immediately called me and let me know that my storage was open. He used his own lock to close it and make sure my items were safe and sound. Assured me that I was in good hands. The moment I landed I went straight over to buy a new lock. He welcomed me with open arms and he was super sweet. He acknowledged my questions and made me feel like I mattered as a customer. Thank you CARL!
