Made a small 5x5 reservation 7/24 online to move in the next day 7/25. Received a call from the property the next day 7/25(move in day) with information that there was a 3:30p “meeting” and that it was imperative that we get to the location by 4pm to complete the rental and move in. They also mentioned if we were not there in time they would give the space away!! We arrived around 3:50pm and no one was here. Sat around for an HOUR, door is locked and no one here. Called multiple numbers to no answer. Spoke with the 1-800 numbers as well. The customer service office tried completing our rental and renting us online and kept getting error messages. This is a complete disgrace! Unacceptable for a business.

I don't remember her name but the lady last saturday made everything so easy and crystal clear about the storage agreement. I came in 30 minutes before they were suppose to close on a Sunday and she took care of all my needs. Awesome customer service. I feel like everything I have in storage is safe and I have reasonable access to it. She was very good at her job and made a stressful thing felt like no matter what it is okay. Plus the price was awesome I anticipated more. But very reasonable. I recommend this storage facility.

The customer service here is great. The storage place itself is not. I Rented a unit for almost a year, came to retrieve my belongings and the storage unit was full and I mean full of dead mice and droppings everywhere. I could not even use half of the items due to the damages. There was no food in the unit only furniture clothing and other household items. It was disgusting and traumatizing to see. The storage facility said that they are not liable and to call the insurance company. They make you purchase insurance and the insurance was worthless. The insurance company said they would only cover up to $200 for vermin damages and I would have to pay a $100 deductible. So basically I had to throw away half of my belongings that was damaged due to the mice and the insurance company was only willing to pay $100 for the damages. It’s a joke. After my experience I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

Wish I could give 0 stars. When I called the woman who answered kept giving me the run around. She was then very rude and said call back in 2 months when you are ready to move. Hmmm I've worked in the moving and storage industry for 20 years and if you don't book it early there won't be anything the day of the move. Totally unprofessional.

Public Storage Dover Delaware Is centrally located easy for me to access with convenient hours. The staff Tiffany and Liz are the greatest excellent customer service which is hard to come across nowadays. Very helpful, they have a clean property and units with sizes to accommodate your needs with reasonable pricing. Update each year the price keeps going up. I had to find another storage for my Rv which was at Newark Delaware location cause I was sent a notice stating the rent will go from $80 a month to $270 a month for the outside parking space. Found a space in Salisbury Maryland $44 a month where the price never change is what I was told by a customer who has been at airport storage for more than six years

Had questions as to why my monthly rent went up took 3 days, 6 calls, and an upset voicemail to finally get someone to call me all for them to tell me they can’t give me info only the customer (my husband) so I 3 way him in the call and the lady left the phone off the hook and unattended while we’ve been hearing her conversations with others telling her she’s on the phone yet doesn’t bother to be on the phone with the people on the phone (me) currently on 7 mins waiting for her to talk to us about our concern. They’re quick to take your money slow to answer calls, questions and concerns.
