I have been a customer since 2016. I have nothing good to say about this location. The rates are increased every year for no reason. My storage space hasn't gotten bigger. The facility isn't any better. They installed sensor lighting that goes off while inside your unit. You have to walk the hallways to get lights to turn back on. I'm looking for better options to move my unit out of this location and company. I wouldn't recommend this place to a dead body. Absolutely horrible place to deal with. Over $200 a month on an indoor 10x10 space. Robbery at its finest..

I received some of the best service here that I haven’t had in a while. Amy was spectacular today and helped me find the best space for an amazing price. She showed me the unit and it was very clean and I’m happy to store all my belongings here. She gave me the run down of hours I’m able to be here and it’s a very great time span and fits with my schedule. If you need storage definitely go see amy in enfield.

I just started renting a space with public storage in Enfield, CT. The guy in the office Victor helped me with my move in. Victor was very friendly and welcoming.I would definitely recommend him to anyone in need of storage space he was very patient, answered all my questions and helped me find something that was perfect for my price range.

This place is horrible for many reasons including horrible customer service. I've been storing my items for more than a year and there have been countless safety issues at the facility. Most recently, I went to get some items from my unit and was harassed by the attendant. I asked to speak with the manager and the attendant began behaving in a Karen-like manor. I have yet to speak with a manager. Not 10 minutes away from my arrival, did she approach me to say I was loitering because I was on my phone. I'm a working professional and unsure as to why I would ignore phone calls, while at the unit I pay for. I Informed her that I'm at my unit and she said someone said my car was suspicious because the lights were off. My car is at the Unit Multiple throughout the month because I've been moving my late Father's belongings. The car is a luxury model station wagon, also the last time I went to the unit I kept the lights on and my battery died because they said I couldn't keep it running. I had to have the car towed the next day as they locked me in the gate. This is a service that is not being given to me as a charity, I pay for it. Quality and customer service are a mystery to this establishment.

My daughter's unit was broken into. They got through the gate and cut the lock! I asked to see the cameras. They reply, " We don't have any cameras here." I asked how can you say you are a SECURE storage facility? If I could give this place zero stars, I would.
