I've been renting a unit here for close to ten years, paying the same rate every month. Now, my rent is suddenly 50 dollars more. Same unit but now almost twice as expensive. Guess I'll be taking my business elsewhere.
Do not store things here! They raise prices 30% every few months. Absolute rip off scam. They should be ashamed.

We went back today, January 6, 2025 to finalize a reservation for a second unit and had the pleasure of working with Bradley. He made it easy, again, and we can’t thank him enough. We will have to settle for 5 stars for Bradley because we can’t give him 10!
Both units we’ve rented, one outside and one climate control were pristine and ready to move in.
Michael was fast, efficient and professional. He was helpful and was a continuation of the positive experience I’ve had with public storage in the past at previous locations.

Taken over by the worst company ever, public storage. No warning. No auto pay accommodation, just junk company. This is NOT storage sense.

It was just a good storage experience. Never had any issues. It was nothing remarkable but that's kind of what you want in a storage unit. It needs to serve a specific purpose and do it simply. Access was always easy. Space between rows was nice and wide for all sorts of vehicle traffic. Very pleased. They also had very competitive specials at the time and it seems like they rotate them to stay competitive.

Agent was professional, articulate and very quick in setting up my new account. I was thrilled at how clean the unit and facility is. They even provided a cart on wheels to assist moving storage items from the vehicle to the storage unit! Great customer service experience!

The price for a 10x10 unit was unbeatable compared to other local units. It's even a gated community, LOL. Setting up my account with auto-pay was a breeze. Excellent, and friendly service. I highly recommend them!
Christin was able to answer all my questions. She was very helpful. I didn't feel like I was bothering her with all my questions like I did at other places. I feel Christin is an asset to your company.
