I was in a hurry when I left my storage last time and I left it unlocked for over a week! No body even noticed! Not even the manager whom does his rounds before closing! And it's right on the end where anyone cold have broke in! Guess there's some good folks out there still after all! Thank you

I just want to thank Kurt for his continued courtesy whenever I visit this facility (1801 W Belleview Ave, Littleton CO). He is always friendly and helpful. Last week some head office folks were doing a walkthrough with Kurt, and he and his boss, Dave, stopped for a chat, and offered me a discount on next month’s rental for being a long time customer. I really appreciated that little treat, and also the validation. Every time I go there, Kurt is friendly and helpful, and it is really appreciated!

Miss Sarah was absolutely wonderful helping me transfer from another site. She had answers for all my questions and was a delight to work with.
My granddaughter and I went in to see if I could look at a specific size unit to get an idea of what I needed and KURT was so very helpful. The storage game in the Denver Metro area has many players but none better than the PS Belleview and Santa Fe(NE corner) location. After making an online reservation, I arrived to find my units(10x20 & 10x10) tagged, lock present inside, clean and ready to go! Ok so here's the update: Liegeia(so) sorry if it's spelled wrong🫢. So you know as a customer service manager, and guest oriented, we all want to know what people really think, but by golly if you get a 1norv2vstar review, your boss is on the phone right,? Fill out an incident report etc. We all strive for five. But, I gotta hand to her, she called on a four. Wanted to know how she could help,bi wanted to know why I had a random out of time auto withdrawal. She was able to find the random charge, and while there was no great explanation, she reversed the charge and credited my account. The data was confusing to us all, however, humans are fallible, and a human somewhere put in info that generated a charge. But it was fixed, and that is the most important thing. So I am upgrading to 5bstsrs, not just because it was fixed, that would be the expectation, but because she took the time to call on an above average review. That says something. And there are those of you that totally get what I mean. Peace, and kudos. No issues, great.
Move forward in time, and wow, talk about a serious decline. So, Ieliea moved away. Prices spiked I'm not talking about a couple of dollars, I'm talking 35% increase in 30 days. And service went to he'll in a handbasket, all I can say is stay away, far away..go to Uhaul down the street, they still have it going on.

I only rent a space for my rv here. I have never had any problems pleasant staff new manager with in the last 3 months I have been there for almost 1 years and as long as it before 9pm and after 6am I'm able to pull out anyday or everyday pretty decent place would definitely recommend.

It was so easy to reserve a spot and pay for it all online and then have the app to go ahead and access the gates and make payments and check on everything that you have at public storage.
Great place to store your items. Safe and secure. The employees are amazing. The people actually listen to you.
I have rented storage units my home life and this one is one of the best kept ones I know of.

Liegia, Curt and Tom are excellent and all have amazing customer service! She helped me a great deal and she went above and beyond what I expected. The location is conveniently located right off Bellview which is perfect. I am super happy i chose this location and also got a great monthly rate online. My dog is also given treats by Curt just about every time we've gotta go to the office. All in all it was a really great experience I would highly recommend this location to anyone I know!
