Mike was very helpful in renting a car storage space. He explained available options and prices. A very nice facility, would recommend.

Googled 24hr storages and this storage came up so I signed up. After moving in was told it closes at 9pm . Boy I made a mistake

Been having some problems with our online account and payments. The kind lady, Patty (Paddy?), has been more than helpful in getting our rental agreement and payments fixed. Not a bad place either in general, climate controlled, multiple secure entries, good lighting inside, secure doors. I like it

This company bought out the other storage place and it's been a very frustrating transition. I will be looking around for another place move my stuff. They charged me for renters insurance without saying anything. They made me move my car out and then still charged me for it the next month. (Jan 2023)Now I just got notice they are upping my rent by 10% because it was their decision to make cosmetic changes so the storage place so now they need to recoup that. (Sept 2023) Update they are upping the rent again because of all the renovations they did.I talked to the property manager and his only response he could give me is I'm just the property manager and he couldn't help with that. He told me good luck getting ahold of corporate and hung up on me. I never felt taken care of ever by Modbox unless I contacted corporate. Update 3/2/25 bought out again by public storage. They automatically started charing us insurance. Had to call and email multiple people to get it off. I dont understand how they can do that! Also now you have to enter a code to leave?? I really hope these owners are better than the last guy!

Had a very excellent customer service from Patty. The move from city was stressful, she assured me my stuff was in good place. Also purchased the items I need for my move. Definitely recommend this to future renters. Thank you again to staff & Patty ❤️

Modbox storage was a great place that I’m glad I picked. Rodney was extremely helpful through out the duration of my rental. He graciously answered all of my questions prior to choosing modbox and was always very kind and had a smile on his phase. The units are very clean - everything looks brand new. The lot is cleaned regularly and Rodney does a great job notifying you of any issues while doing his security checks (he texted and emailed me when he noticed my unit was not secure - even reminding me that I can access the unit until 10pm when I told him I wasn’t sure if I could make it there before 5:30pm). All in all a great place to store at. Thanks Rodney!

Out of any storage I’ve ever used this has BY FAR been the easiest and smoothest move-in I’ve ever experienced!! I moved in outside of office hours but was still able to receive help over the phone and within 10 minutes I got the unit number and access code! It was INCREDIBLE! Rodney was so awesome and checked in on me to make sure everything went good and he was SO nice! I will be storing here from now on!!! Thank you ModBox!!!
