I had a really great experience here. Kenny, the guy who helped me, was very patient and kind. I needed to switch to a different unit than the one I originally rented. He was super knowledgeable and worked with me to find a good solution. He told me to call any time if I needed anything else and he’ll be glad to help me. I will definitely be spreading the word about the great customer service that I received at this location of Public Storage.
Emily is literally the light at the end of the tunnel. Someone broke into my storage unit last year and Emily has helped me the entire way. Someone also used my card and bank info to pay for their storage unit at a different location and Emily located the charge and kept me updated with the whole process of getting my money back. I cannot thank her enough. Whatever yall are paying her, it’s not enough.

Not knowing what I was doing i was skeptical of renting a unit. A lady at front desk, I think Emily.. calmed nerves and made me felt comfortable with this decision. . I would recommend the clean units and security they have.

A great place to store your personal belongings that clutter your house. I come here quite often to retrieve pokemon cards and store donations i eventually take to goodwill and the arc. The staff is quite friendly and provides pretty good service when in need. Once in a blue moon I see some shady and odd ball people doing irregular activities, but a majority of the time, the staff is persistent enough to keep the shady stuff at bay.
Reasonable commute and close to home. You can take 25, Colorado or Evans. Traffic inside is usually minimal and the people who are present are usually the regular stagers, sign makers, tcg dealers and small store front people. Other than that. It's quiet, clean and secure.
Good Public Storage. Had a unit here for a few years and recently downsized to another, the property manager Emily made the transition super smooth and easy and was very helpful and kind.

I had purchased a unit and unfortunately when I was going to move my stuff in a great employee named Q called me and informed me that the gate was down that was such a thoughtful thing to reach out so I didn’t waste a trip and he helped me with everything very great service highly recommended !!

It was my first time renting a storage by myself and the process was surprisingly easy. The prices are great and the workers are very nice. Especially the front desk lady, Jae, who was patient and extremely helpful in getting me settled with my storage. Definitely a great public storage, especially for first timers.

It's over priced, climate controlled is a big NO! The roof was leaking the last time I was there. There's never a person in the office and they rarely answer the phone. If you put your lock on wrong - they will put a lock on for your security - be prepared to spend 45 minutes to reach someone via phone , then anther 45 minutes for them to come and remove lock.
First time renting out a storage unit and the lady at the front desk was incredibly kind and accommodating. She patiently addressed all my inquiries and even took the time to personally show me the storage unit before I proceeded with the payment. During the discussion of insurance and logistical details, she made sure that I fully grasped the terms I was agreeing to and ensured my comfort with the process. All in all, it was a truly wonderful experience! (I will update this when I recall the staff member's name as they certainly deserve the recognition). Thank you Public Storage!
Ridiculous has the heat on during the summer I got accused of something I didnt do very rude on top of it had the heat on while it's hot outside it is probably 90 degrees in the storage
Terrible!!! Do not go. They are NEVER THERE when you need them. Trying to get my stuff out so I can move it to another place now!!!! I am waiting with two others at 1:20 pm.
Rented a unit here for a year and a half. Moved out due buying a bigger house. Super convenient access and always clean. Staff always friendly.
Never replied to emails, impossible to communicate with, and continued to charge us for multiple months after move-out. Also increased the rate without notifying us during our stay. Annoying.
What’s the point of having a bathroom for customers to use if it’s never open?
It’s really annoying to have to drive down the road to Target when there is a bathroom on site.
