Jonathan was great helping me navigate a very hard situation as my child died and this was their storage. He was very helpful, knowledgeable and above all kind.

I've been to a few public storages but this one has by far been the best experience I've ever had.. Johnathan is truly the MVP, this man has gone above and beyond for me and my family. Helped secure a unit and when we realized we got a unit too small for all of our stuff, Johnathan stepped up and helped us out by finding us a new unit that could hold everything. He's always on top of everything and honestly I'll recommend any friends looking to store their stuff here just because of Johnathan.

Jonathon is amazing at his job!! We rented a 5*10 then 2 days later realized we needed a 10*10 - Jonathan made the paperwork and process so easy to switch. He explained everything in detail - really knows his stuff!! Public Storage must have a solid interview process - kudos to Jonathan

In July 2022, I made a "free reservation" online and the day before the scheduled move in day, my plans had changed and I no longer needed it. I called the location and they refunded me my prepaid rent, however I was still charged for a lock that I did not receive ($20) and a move in fee of $29.00. I never stepped foot on their property. The manager at the location was as helpful as possible, he refunded me the lock charge, but was unable to refund the $29 move in fee, it was out of his control. I talked to customer service several times. I left a message on the corporate line, but of course no one ever called me back. It states on their website that this fee is a "MOVE IN FEE". What if I didn't move in? It isn't about the money, it is about the false advertisement. They claim their reservations are free, but it simply isn't true. Also, some of their customer service reps are extremely unprofessional. One man was extremely rude and hung up on me. Another was taking care of her kids and kept putting me on hold or mute so she could deal with them. I have used this exact public storage location many years ago during a move and another public storage location in another state and never had any issues before. I would recommend using a different company in the future.
