I have had my storage unit for a while. My experience was not too good in one way, but on the other hand, very friendly. The bad part of my experience is that my unit keeps getting broken into. At first, I was clueless about who could be doing it. But I came across someone who I noticed that had some of my belongings in their house. I wasn't sure, but then, the same people had more of my stuff on them, and that means they have now, as far as I know, struck twice. So I feel there is NO security whatsoever here.

We had a good experience renting our storage. Jamie was really polite, respectful and friendly. She showed us the better option to for what we needed, helped getting everything settled down.
I highly recommend this location.

Gene is the best. His "second mile" customer service flow has been super helpful and encouraging in the chaos of moving. I'll rent a storage unit here again just because of him. Public Storage is also very organized with its user-friendly website and communication. No surprise charges. Even has an ap you can download that can be used to open the gate. My husband and I are grateful we found this place. And Gene. 🙂

I wrote the above review three years ago. Again, we have reason to rent storage space and chose this place. So glad we did! Jamie was super helpful for us through the process. Helped me secure the unit over the phone as I was unable to access my account with my phone or computer at the time. Grateful for her! Hope she gets a raise. :)

They'll demand you buy a cheap lock and key, and when the key for the lock they require breaks, they'll charge for the cut-off and presumably a new lock. Forget the inconvenience caused by the wasted trip and need to return. Not responsible for anything.
Jamie was very helpful with finish out my storage locker. Greeted me with a smile and ensured I was good to go. Will definitely come back if I need again.

Manager is very helpful and awesome! The prices continued to go up excessively and the call center being extremely hard to get a hold of are the problems and why we left
No problems got a stroage and was out of there in no time
Had an issue with the property manager not being at either of the locations they were meant to or answering calls then being told to drive to a 3rd location to give them back their lock for a refund, but thankfully the district manager reached out to me an hour after the whole ordeal and refunded me the charge. Rough impression up front on customer service but I was impressed by their fast follow up and handling by the district manager. Great rates, easy move in process. Just would recommend some easier system of returning their provided lock.

Remarkable customer service. I was working with things in my storage and up and down a stepladder to the bed of my truck...KABOOM.. I misstepped, fell, and broke my shoulder!! Jamie was on the spot when I yelled for help. Minutes later 911 help was there taking me to hospital. Jamie was quick thinking and took proper action. Above and beyond she secured my unit and my vehicle while I was in hospital!! Extraordinary kudos for my safety and security.

I came to the public storage today to pay my bill in my bill and found out that I have an increase in rent Starting next month we are having family hardship at the moment and we can't afford any more increase of any kind of bill and we live on $880 a month income yeah we live on $880 a month income it's a month income well Jamie who's working here at the public storage was kind enough tohelp and she was able to forgive The rent increase I couldn't believe it she's the most awesome person I've met this year. For that reason alone I recommend anybody come to this place but on top of it the security here is awesome it is very clean I am very happy to have my stuff here at this storage facility I can't thank them enough
Alex is amazing!!! I really don’t even know how to put it into words. I have been storing my personal item here for many years and recently experienced an unfortunate situation. Without getting into it to much (by my preference) I called and asked for help. Without any kind of delay Alex helped me right away and saved me. I can’t believe how wonderful he was and humble at that. I thank you so much Alex. You have definitely made a happy customer and friend out of me. Manager was super helpful in answering my move out questions. My car battery died while I was there and she was very helpful in bringing me jumper cables to jump my car. Would definitely recommend this storage to my friends!
Jamie was super helpful in transferring my unit to a different size that I needed! Their app is very user friendly and allows you to open the gate through your phone without getting out of the car which is really nice too. Def recommend for local storage. 👍🏻
