The code machine is too close to the gate on entry requiring maneuvering to prevent damage to your vehicle

I rented a storage room it was too small they had an empty of the next size up and give to him for the same price they're great

Price was little higher than I wanted but the convenience, ease, and friendliness was good!

The manager, Tanner, is FABULOUS. Very kind, professional, helpful and knowledgeable. WARNING: THIS particular property, on Tomah near Academy and Union is great. Another location down the street is awful. Not all Public Storage properties are the same.

Same as the other 2 star or less reviews - raised my rate after a few months, and then again a few months after. Declined request to pay what I initially paid for a 10x15. The best part is Public Storage has new rates on 10x15 units that are CHEAPER than my initial rate. So I’m paying almost double - when I called (corporate - because the local shop can’t do anything about rates just put requests in) they informed me that I would have to vacate this unit and get a cheaper one. So inconveniencing your current customers for no reason, ones that paid for years. The silliest system, and only incentivizing new customers to come in and then deal with the same stuff. Very annoying. While this is not the local Public Storage’s fault - I highly DO NOT recommend using this company - they will rip you off in the long run, unless you’re on top of recent rates and don’t mind jumping around unit to unit and location to location.

Great customer service

Very unprofessional and not willing to help. The raised my rent over $50 without notifying me and not willing to work with me or compromise. When called to ask, the manager Tanner was very rude. Hung up on me and not very professional.

Another great experience at this public storage. Tanner was awesome in helping me out today. I highly recommend this location of your looking for a storage room!

Tanner is awesome. My gate code expired in 48hrs with me being locked inside the gate, thankfully another patron entered their code and I was able to exit. All in all I would recommend.

Raised my rates almost 70 a month. No notice. I've NEVER been even late on a payment. I applied to have the rate not raised and was declined. Almost 200 a month for a 10x10 unit is unheard of. The guy at the office was helpful and this isn't his fault. But whoever does the rates ......if I can't say something nice I won't say anything at all.

Cory was superb and great to work with. I stopped at this location and then didn't need to check any others on my list. Could not have made things any easier.

I called the customer service line because I keep getting an error trying to make a reservation online the agent had an poor attitude like it was an inconvenience to assist. I worked for public storage for 4 year and I am taken back at this past fee poor experience I have had with the these last 2 to 3 year. I recommend using someone if you want to be treated better.

We first went to Julie's location to find they did not have any drive up 5*10's. Julie called Jonathan at a nearby location and let us know he had one. Throughout this process Julie was extremely kind and knew how to make things run smoothly. We even got a discount that she made sure we understood. She and Jonathan are amazing at what they do. Julie and Zach are awesome!! Amazing customer service. They really go out of their way to know your things are safe! The property is very clean also. Had my storage here for going on 2 years, I cant think of anywhere else to store my things! So just recently Jamal was very helpful as well it was closing tie I just made it in time to get my 🔑 and had a positive attitude

Great location safe atmosphere

Julie is the most kind and professional manager I’ve ever done business with. We loved this public storage unit because of her helpfulness and friendly customer service, and how well she manages her business. Julie is a ray of freaking sunshine! I was very stressed trying to get a storage unit and she showed meoptions and helped me through everything and was so kind and helpful. Great storage unit and great people!!

The customers here are so mean and rude. They block doors and park all their cars in the middle so you can't get through and yell at other customers. I've had to talk to the manager before and she always takes care of it, i think her name is Julie. She is so good at dealing with all of them. If it wasn't for her I would have moved out. The 5 stars are for her!
