I highly recommend using this facility for storage. Angie went above and beyond to help me today with moving my boat into a space. I had some complications today that had nothing to do with the facility, however, Angie offered me a lot of help and I was able to get everything sorted out. Public storage was amazing and so great to us. Post covid we ended up out of our townhouse pretty suddenly. For the last 6 months public storage has done a great job of accommodating us getting back on her feet. We never had any problems everything was so clean, and the staff that work and run this place are wonderful.

I changed units online because I needed a smaller one; reserved the smaller one and scheduled a move-out from the larger one the same day. The property manager here for years is very kind and over the I think 5 years I rented here my rates only went up a little bit. The units themselves are decent and well-monitered. My only complaint about the lot is that the entire place is built on the sharpest hills and is absolute hell to navigate in anything but the summer, and even then it's iffy in most vehicles so if you don't have a good vehicle or aren't comfortable driving a uhaul down a sheer slope be aware of that.

Got a storage on the 29th because we needed it for that day they gave us (building i floor 1 ) we went there and it had a lock on it tried to call several time to get help nobody answered we paid 116 for a whole month that we were suppose to use the storage but never got the chance too THEY CANT GIVE A REFUND NOT EVEN HALF OF IT , 116 $ & they aren’t no help at all . Basically SCAMMED US !

I loved it for whenever I was packing my unit closer to the evening. property manager, very responsive and super helpful and closed out my account in a timely manner and got back to me within the same day.

Getting tired of them luring me in with great move in promotions, and then raising the rates every six months by a large percent. A unit that started as $130 a month for me, is now $206/month. That should be illegal. The internal lights never worked and the giant step at the front made it very hard to move some stuff in. Moving out this month.

You will end up paying 197 for a small unit monthly. It wa 90 dollars in 2020. Will be moving my stuff out this month. Scam alert.

Public Storage is lucky to have you as a manager and I was lucky to have rented from your facility. I appreciate all you did for me during such a stressful time.
Something you should consider is that this facility has some steep driveways and it has some level driveways; some are wide and some are narrow. You should take into consideration what you're storing, how often you'll need access to your unit, etc. The bottom line is: have an honest discussion with your property manager and they will guide you from there.
Here's my advice for a rewarding storage experience:
1.) Communicate - Be upfront about your storage needs and let your property manager know if you're going to pay late. Their recommendations are based on the information you give them. They will provide individualized solutions within their parameters to help
2.) Save time and energy - buy the lock from the facility
3.) Clean up after yourself (both inside and outside your unit)
4.) Be security minded
Look, let's face it, storage is storage is storage. What I mean is, it's 4 walls, a floor, and a ceiling. It's a place to safely store your belongings. Sure, there are some differences between companies (other than having an orange door, a red door, or a blue door) that come into play. What truly sets things apart though is the people who provide the service.

Don't rent from here. The property manager almost never answers the phone and they will find some way to raise your rent. And then because you can never speak to someone to inform them your stuff will be out on the 2nd. They try calling the 3rd saying I still have to pay the full price and will not provide any other options. So when you try to contact an agent online you get told they're unavailable too. This place is a joke.

The times that I have had a problem. Example I lost my keys at one point, Angie the wonderfully kind and concerned lady up front, made sure I had what I needed when I needed it... No hassle at all, she also does courteous things like seeing my light bulb burned out, and without word she replaced that stuff asap. Ive rented units thru Public Storages and unfortunately this one is the WORST!! The main lady that wz there was not vry personable not to mention RUDE. Oh and we are not going to discuss the awful smell in the office. Unfortunately it wz a bad experience and not sure if i will keep doing business w the Public Storages due to my experience.

Don't rent a storage unit here with out seeing it first. We have been using Public Storage for decades, so when we needed short term storage we chose this location, even though we'd never used it before, because it is a little closer to our house. Unfortunately, we had a terrible experience. First, we got the wrong entrance code. Then we found out that our storage unit was on a very steep hill. The road that goes down to the storage unit area is very steep and narrow. We were hauling a trailer which was problematic with the steep narrow roads. After seeing the landscape that we would have to traverse to move furniture from the trailer into the storage unit, we chose to use the Public Storage on Van Teylingen Dr. as the customer service is unbeatable and the landscape is flat.

Came back after a deployment and all my belongings were where i left them. No damage from weather or anything. No mouse droppings or anything nasty except one small dead spider. The customer service was amazing each time i talked to someone and the multiple security protecting my belongings made me want to move in! However.. Ive been using them for 5 years and in the past year my rental has gone up double what I used to pay. I pay more for my storage unit than I pay for my car + car insurance + phone. I am currently looking for a new storage unit. This one is no longer budget friendly.

An excellent , well kept, organized and professionally run storage facility....get in and out on an app on your phone !!... Angie, the nice lady who runs the show, makes the process easy...if you need a safe well run place to keep your stuff....this is it ! Angie gives it a personal touch...you feel at home immediately....it's important to have that safe feeling when storing your personal or important belongings.

Stephanie was awesome and super helpful with me getting a unit yesterday. The units themselves look like they need a bit of maintenance as there were exposed screws in mine and the one wall that wasn't concrete moved back and forth when you pushed it. Great staff though!
My experience here at the Parkmeadows store has been very easy and stress free the management always a kind word,as well as inspecting the grounds and putting in the time to keep non clients off the property...very professional!would highly recommend them to family and friends alike James Wadkins
It was a very useful unit and the process of renting the unit was very quick and easy. The only problem we had was when we first went to open the unit, the wrong lock was set out for us. However, it was a simple fix and stored everything we needed.

The manager, Angie is pleasant and professional. She goes above and beyond to keep the property clean and in good repair. The units are reasonably priced for the space and access you get. Although 24hr access would occasionally be convenient, it is understandable why most storage places no longer offer it. 6a-9p is plenty of time to access the units.
This place is wonderful. The level of professionalism and friendly service is just amazing. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a trustworthy, clean storage facility A+++++ 😃
