I don't like public storage. They raise prices substantially after 6 months. Then they advertise great deals for the same size unit, but you can't qualify for the deals. The late fees are now atrocious. 87$ for a month late. I'm over it F them- I have given them the last dollar of mine. I will not stay with them anymore, and I wouldn't recommend this place no matter how enticing the move in deal is because it's never that cheap. They will hit you with extra fees and squeeze whatever they can off you, buying locks, and Find a locally owned, non franchise, non greedy company to give your money too. Companies like this don't deserve your money.
The district manager’s phone call to address my concerns was extremely pleasant and unexpected. She spoke to me like people are supposed to but don’t anymore for some reason. She was so nice and professional and I’m very happy with the customer service she provided.
The gentleman behind the desk named Steve is beyond a Godsend. I’ve been traveling a ton with new itinerary’s being scheduled moments before I’m supposed to leave and the amount of help I’ve needed keeping everything organized and on track requires so much energy. I have called many times and asked repetitive questions and misunderstood things more than once and the patience Steve has had with me every time was beyond his job requirements. He should be promoted or at least be commended for his professionalism, empathy and patience. An absolute asset to any company and a breath of fresh air in today’s customer service world. He’s gone above and beyond dealing with me on many occasions and always was polite and kind and easy going about it. This was my first storage unit I’ve ever rented. For some reason, leaving all my belongings while i travel was terrifying and daunting and I’ve never even considered a storage unit until I had no choice this trip. Now I will be using this exact facility every trip moving forward. Thank you so much Steve. Absolute rockstar.

Storage Steve was awsome and it is very clean their the prices are more than I expected after fees and everything but Steve was great helping me out and made my moving experience a pleasure. And that 2nd month free helps tremendously.
Steve the property manager for SO helpful to get my unit downsized as I was only utilizing 1/4 of the unit I had, he helped me price out options, explained the process of moving and made sure I had all my questions and concerns answered. He also is available via cell whenever you need something and he is always there! I appreciated my experience with him and Public Storage!
The property manager Steve is outstanding. The property is always keep in good condition. Problems taken care of before they are reported. His conversations are knowledgeable and friendly. Steve has made me feel comfortable about storing my things at this lotion for years. My only complaint is that when I wanted to down size storage units, there were none available. Businesses just are not ran with excellence like this anymore.
Steve is amazing. He was super accommodating, and helped me get a space at this location. Originally reserved with a different location who falsely advertised the storage unit, but Steve was able to honor my reservation at this location and walked around the property with me.

**This is an additional note for Public Storage** You need signs at your entrance letting customers know why your door is locked. Customers will get angry and upset, as I did, when there is no explanation as to why I can't go in to speak to someone. Let people know your employee is out to lunch or showing a unit on the property ect. Due to your lack of signage you're causing problems that most certainly could be avoided!

Customer service was excellent. The place was very clean and organized, and it was clear that the management hold high standards for their job.. Steve was extremely helpful and patient with me when explaining all I needed to know about my unit!! I will be referring all my family to him if they are ever in need of storage.
Property Manager, I believe his name was Steve. He was very up beat when we walked in. Very professional and extremely helpful with trying to decide How big of a storage unit we possibly needed and wanted. Very knowledgeable and understanding our issues with all the big furniture that we have. The grounds were just beautifully maintained and we definitely felt like our house hold good would be safe and secure there. No bums hanging out in storages just overall very satisfied and we will have no problem Recommending the storage units at the facilitie we viewed with Steve. HE WAS OVERALL JUST TRULY AWESOME AND COULD TELL HE TOOK PRIDE IN HIS JOB AND HIS PROPERTY HE MANAGED!!!
Steve is an amazing human being. He works hard, and he has devoted himself to being a property manager at Public Storage. He takes his time and he listens when someone may need it. Steve is not only an excellent property manager, he is a great friend too. If he is needed he is there, if it doesn’t interfere with his job! Steve takes pride in his work and he should because he is quite good at it!

I've had quite a few storage units thru out town over the years and I gotta say that this Public Storage is by far my favorite. The manager, Steve, goes above and beyond what you'd normally get from a storage facility manager. He's super helpful, very understanding, patient and friendly. He's always out working on the property and making it look great too. And I never have to worry about anything happening to my unit because he keeps any unwanted or unauthorized guests away and pays attention to who comes in and out. Thanks for all you do Steve!

What a bunch of crooks. Not even 5 months after getting my unit, they raise the monthly fee by 40 dollars and refused to review it. The woman at the desk said multiple customers in the same situation and they didn't even have the balls to call but sent an email denying review.
Great service, friendly staff, after I had forgot to put my lock back on, Steeve made sure to put a temporary one on until the next time I was there. Helped me get rid of some garbage as well

I purchased multiple storage units via auction and Steve the on site employee was awesome. My truck had to get taken in to a mechanic in the middle of us trying to clear out multiple storage units and Steve was amazing and gave us a couple extra days to clear the units out. He has great customer service skills and the facility he runs seems to have a very friendly and chill environment. It's nice to have folks who are willing to work with people when everything wants to go wrong at the crappiest times. Keep up the good work Steve. Thanks again buddy

This is a decent facility, clean and the manager is awesome! Down to earth, very friendly and helpful. Office is open only a few days a week, but its easy to connect online or with the public storage app.
Only reason I didn't give 5 stars is, when they say "prices are subject to change" that wasn't just some fine print to cover their butts. I switch storages and chose this one specifically because the rent went up on my old unit and I couldn't afford it. I wasn't there even six months before they raised the rent by over $50!! There was no explanation and only 30 days notice. Now im paying just about as much as the other place but at least they were 24 hour. And this wasn't a promotional price that expired either. That being said, I feel its somewhat dishonest marketing and business practice and I will be on the look for an alternative as soon as possible.

The manager here seemed to be genuine and truly cares about his customers. Experiences at other storage facilities have been less than stellar so my expectations were low however he managed to exceed that bar within moments.
