This particular Public Storage is amazing. The prices are reasonable for storage, and it is a secure and easy location to utilize. The property manager Brandy was great and very personable. She even checked in on us as we were loading our Belongings and offered us a water as we looked like we needed it. We had a great experience, and would recommend this location to all.

I used this location 10yrs ago.I could immediately tell how clean the place was. I was greeted by Brandy the manager. Her customer service was excellent and very friendly..It was what you expect customer service to be. She was courteous, efficient friendly and had a sense of humor. I felt totally at ease .. when she opened the door to the unit. It was clean .. swept out, no cobwebs, and no trash strewn around the grounds( like it was the last time I rented there). I asked her about it and she told me how she cleaned up the whole place. I could tell Brandi takes pride in her work. She eased my anxiety and I felt better about taking the next step in my life knowing my belongings will be safe at that location. Thank you !

UPDATE: a month after getting the storage unit I had moved to another state, and they starting calling me saying there was an issue with my unit. Even though I had been paying my bill they did not have my paperwork correct and cut the lock off my unit and went through all my stuff claiming they thought someone came on property and filled a unit without paying. They had my name down for a completely different unit even though all my paperwork matched the unit I was in and Kayla walked us into our unit the first day. It was an absolute nightmare and not at all what you want when you are out of state. Would never recommend this place to anyone. Completely incompetent and they will go through your belongings.

I changed my card at this place and enrolled in autopay. The next month, I got extra fees for my bill not being taken out and this has happened 3 times now. Terrible app, it'll say payment didn't go through but send me a confirmation email and still makes me worried it didn't get paid.

Anytime myself or my husband needed support or had questions, she was always available and tried her best to give us the best option available. Brandy was reliable and communicated very well. Should we ever need a storage space again we would come back here just for her customer service.

Been a customer for about 5 years our unit started at around $60 a month
Now it's about $200+ a month with insurance.
I have tried to visit the office many times to request a smaller unit to try and save money.
No one is ever in the office and today I tried again someone was in the office with the door locked and ignored me.
I would not recommend public storage.

I originally pulled up to the unit and discovered that there was a very thick layer of ice surrounding the entire area that the unit was in so I decided to go up to the office and see if maybe they could move me to a different unit and was in greeted by Brandy who was incredibly kind and helpful and so understanding. I have not seen or spoke to a person here,, so my review has nothing yo do with a person. Very secure storage unit, but as with all storage places it's expensive, and prices have gone up, so it's been nice to be able to put our belongings and know they are safe, just can't afford the price for the small space

I got a storage unit for a last minute need! I made the reservation online then came to the store in person. The manager, Brandy showed me the unit to make sure it was the right size. She talked about all the requirements and walked me through setting up an account, setting up autopay, and other requirements!

I am relocating to CO Springs and the property Manager was incredibly helpful to me. I needed a lot of information in order to make sure I was getting the right storage in the best location for my needs. She was very patient and provided details and follow up way above the call. This was the most personalized exchange I can recall having and it began as an internet transaction. I have prior experience with Public Storage so I already know that their platform and processes work very well. The personal touch just takes it to a new level.

Brandy - you asked me to write you a positive review, than complained a bit that no one has in awhile - first that’s is not my issues. However now I see why you might not be getting the reviews you want, only the ones you ask for.
I have called in now twice, I didn’t get to speak to anyone but I did leave two voicemails asking you to either kindly please return my phone calls, stating that I moved out of the unit. I also offered Miss Brandy to just email me a copy of my move out receipt, and told her the day I moved out. It is now Friday, it’s been 48 hrs since I’ve moved out and I still haven’t gotten either a phone call from Brandy or a move out receipt sent to the email on file.
Really convenient, and secure as it closes completely after hours. Manager Brandy is fabulous, attentive and available to help.
I just signed up for a unit here. Brandi was absolutely incredible and made the start up process incredibly smooth. Highly recommend this location.
Update-2 days after signing up for this storage unit I had a change of plans. I explained since since my sister got a job overseas she sold her furniture and I no longer needed it. I also hadn’t moved a single piece of furniture in or out of the unit. At first they said I couldn’t get a refund for the unit. Then they said they could. I spent $150 or so on 1/18/22. Told them I no longer needed it on 1/20/22. So looking for the refund I see they refunded $23 of $150. In the midst of trying to find somewhere else to live I don’t even want to have the headache of calling and arguing for my money back. The people were nice and this might be a corporate thing, I don’t know, but either way I think it’s a bad practice hence the updated review :/
Brandy has been doing a great job as a manager of this property,
she calls us to let us know about our trailer when necessary,
she helped me park it one time and was very helpful. She has done a wonderful job sorting out the cars parked on the property, and has don a good job keeping the property clean. Thanks for hiring a person who feels customer service is number on in her work with customers.
