We met Julie today, and she has outstanding customer service. She took the time to show us a couple different units, explained the rental process, and helped us rent the unit we wanted. Julie is friendly, knowledgeable, kind, and works hard to keep the building clean. We feel comfortable and secure storing our extra stuff at the Tutt location (which is only a few weeks old). We also like that it's close to our house and in a safe part of town (near Costco). Bravo, Julie...you ROCK!
I have dealt with PS in the past and this time renting a unit was nice and easy. The unit was just right and the service was wonderful. Julie was very helpful and answered any questions I may have had. I feel safe leaving my belongings at this facility. The place was new, nice, and clean.
