Great customer service love this place it’s very friendly
I've been here since 2020 I didn't have good service before until Cory became manager here, I had a bad situation where my keys were stolen and no one wanted to help until Cory sat me down and went over what i needed to do to fix this. This was very stressful and I thank her for showing how much she cares.
Just rented a unit and had a couple issues and Gidget was awesome and fixed the issue quickly. Highly recommended

Cory is really nice and helpful and knows what she is doing. Always no matter what is going. She does her rounds and I have noticed no homeless hang out at the corner like they did when Tom is was here. I hope she stays she knows what she is doing
Thomas was great! Will miss him. Always kept the facilities clean and on point, friendly, and he kept the pesky homeless away. Now they are taking over at the corner of the property and the back where fires are burning, homeless shooting up on front and sides. No longer feels safe, starting to see trash around the property. We left and went somewhere else.

Clean facilities. Sketchy neighborhood. There are a lot of homeless people and questionable tenants. Some areas of fence look as tho they have been climbed over. Looking for a new location.

When in yesterday talked with Cindy she is awesome very polite very knowledgeable showed me around told me all the prices and we and talk for a few minutes very nice young lady going to check on a few others to see which area see what I like the best very clean around thank you Cindy for the great service yesterday.
I called looking for a unit and they had great customer service, they were very helpful and quick in the process. Very clean units and reasonable rates. Most recommended Public Storage in the Springs!!
The storage unit is the same exact one I had, but now it's $30 more just because it's "public storage" now instead of "self security storage." It's nothing like the other public storages, and there's bugs all in my stuff because the door doesn't fully close even when its locked, and they still manage to get in. The pot holes also need to be filled in. I just don't know why I'm paying $97 for a 5×5 storage unit...

When they got bought out by Public Storage, I had to pay an increase a month before I got notice on top of them changing my payment from the 24th to the 1st. They are also no longer 24 access. I wouldn't recommend using this company for your storage needs.
The only reasons why I didn’t give 5 stars is because of no notice that they switched over to a public storage, and no more 24 hour access. But we did get notice when the new rates would start which is a good thing. I understand things happen for a reason, besides Thomas the manager is awesome, he is more than accommodating and has always been helpful and understanding.
THIS PROPERTY WITHOUT NOTICE HAS SOLD TO PUBLIC STORAGE ACROSS THE STREET. TENANTS CHECK THE EMAIL YOU USED TO GET YOUR UNIT. YOULL BE GETTING SOME EMAIL FROM PUBLIC STORAGE TO SIGN ANOTHER LEASE GO OVER FEES AND THE PROPERTY IS NOT 24 HRS AGAIN ZERO NOTICE TO THE TENDENTS 6AM TO 9PM IS GATE ACCESS HOURS.
Too bad there isn't a zero stars the management here sucks. Comes and complains at 6:30pm about him living here ect and how we're loitering. And threatening to call the cops.

Super straightforward and helpful! No hidden fees, no weird surprises. The owner really went the extra mile, he even gave me a discount on my last month's rent, because I didn't plan on renting the whole month, and only needed the space for a couple days of that billing cycle. That's basically unheard of! They keep a clean and secure facility, and I've never had any issues with the location. 5 stars, would recommend.

On-site manager is rude and disrespectful I will never use security self storage ever again! i’ve never been harassed so much in my life at a storage facility
They broke into my storage unit and took my life away. They had hours to go through every bag and box I had. They had a big enough truck to liad a queen size sleigh bed, double Chester drawers, single drawer, side night stand, cast iron stove etc! This was last week and found out 3 other people had been broken into within the last two weeks. They took everything I have worked so hard for. No management on site at night for days. I'm still trying to clean up the mess they left.
Joanie, was helpful and professional. She got me what I needed in no time, it was straightforward and she has a caring heart, so doing the paperwork was really fun- having a casual conversation, which was really needed ! Thanks Joanie !
It is just a storage facility...one thing I did not care for is I had to carry my property to my storage. There was no carts or anything to assist with moving your property into storage locker. I have to admit that the employee said that carts were supposed to be delivered on last Saturday. I have been there twice, no cart each time.
