I would like to say thank you to the manager I met & spoke with. TC had a smile on her face from the get-go!! She was very polite, informative and extremely helpful. She was able to gather some information to help me decide what size space I potentially would need to rent. She even took the time to allow me to view the space to be sure. I did ask her if there were any other public storage locations further south, closer to Fort Carson. She was very helpful with that as well. I ended up renting from a public storage closer to base, but I am glad I had the pleasure to meet and speak with TC. You can tell she not only takes pride in her work but also her co-workers. She let me know which managers I may meet down south and you can hear how much she appreciates & respects them.
Good friendly staff clean affordable storage. Tight driveways though I was able to operate a 20' Uhaul truck with limited problems.

Very satisfied with this location! Our unit was easy to rent, in excellent condition and clean. The property manager, Terry, was amazing! She was so helpful and considerate. The entire property was well maintained and secure. There was enough room to pull a trailer up to our unit which was very beneficial as this has not been our experience at other storage unit sites. I felt that the price was fair in comparison to other storage unit rental sites in the area. Would recommend this location!

Public Storage did a takeover and they have HORRIBLE customer service and communication. They handle everything online and electronically and they force you to take insurance. They also changed from 24 hour access to 9 hour a day access and offered ZERO compensation. I can't wait to get my stuff out of there!

I rated them when I first started using their services and now that I'm no longer needing a unit I wanted to update my review! Teri is absolutely amazing! They worked with me the entire time I was pregnant and helped me keep my unit when I was in tough spots. I 10000% recommend storing here, staff is lovely, units are clean and kept at a great temperature. I am so sad I no longer need my unit because of how amazing Teri was!

Used this facility while I was away for 6 months. The GM, Teri Pender, was incredibly responsive and pleasant to work with. I got to spend a day at the unit as movers packed my things and witnessed her actively roaming the campus checking over each unit regularly. I’d absolutely recommend this location if you need a place to store your belongings.
I'm changing my review. The manager asks for you to leave a review while you're standing in the office. I won't share my story. But it's definitely not a 5 star business.
Fantastic service, Teri was so helpful and quick with setting everything up.
Standard storage place, but when I had some friends come help me unload storage for a move they were harassed and questioned by an employee and then followed around by that same employee in a golf cart and told they wouldn’t be able to fit all of their cars when it was completely empty.
She then asked everyone to give her a five star review here. Five stars is for good customer service, maybe don’t harass the people coming into your business, regardless of who they are.

Worst experience ever! I am shocked by what had happened to me! I have one more day until the end of the month, something personal came up to where I cannot afford this storage anymore. Teri told me I couldn't cancel and I was getting charged at midnight tonight (2-27-23)! She canceled my gate code KNOWING I was inside the gate. I was stuck in there for 3 HOURS! She wouldn't answer the phone, I called more than 5 times with 3 voicemails! She was rude and condescending. She did not want to help me in anyway. She claimed I HAD to stay longer. I wouldn't be able to afford it so I would've lost everything. So since she locked me IN the gate I felt obligated to gather as much as I could in my small car and leave a lot of my daughters items! I'm traumatized!

I have been there for years and rent one of the large units. Plenty of room - secure - easy to access and managed quite well. 4 years back, My EX tried to have someone break into my unit but it was stopped and management made sure the police were contacted. If prices would never go up I would give 6 STARS LOL

I went and seen Mrs. Teri at Security Self-Storage at the Austin Bluffs location and she made my bad situation turn into a hilarious and smooth experience. She not only is great at her job, but she definitely could sense my frustration and she took it upon herself to find a way to male me smile. I can tell after just a few moments with her that this was definitely the place that I could safely and securely keep mine and my family's belongings without worrying about whether or not I could trust the facility and the employees there.
