Just changed my storage to this one and I just had a great experience. The manager Thomas helped make the transition so easy and reliable.

Link they sent me to pay is not valid. Phone system doesn't work no matter what button you press. it doesn't connect to anything. My card was hacked. I just want to update my credit card but after 4 days I can't reach them.
Update: it was Just a glitch. They called me back twice in 2 days to make sure all is well.
Other than the $3,000/month mortgage payment,,, every staff member I've dealt with for has been more than helpful,, especially Melanie. She's always polite and courteous and couldnt be more than satisfied with the customer service all around. Appreciate you Mel, and everyone else who works there!!!

Very secure property.
The people who work here are very kind and helpful. I personally love the accessibility here! They have a lot of units of all different sizes. There is stair access on several sides of the building and a ramp on at least one side. They have carts available during business hours to assist in moving things to and from storage. They do have handicap parking as well. One thing I did notice is that after dark, there are homeless people around the area who are sometimes yelling and fighting, and there can be some strange activity outside. But during the daytime, things seem fine from what I have seen. This location does take cash payments.
Update...
We paid for the month of February. 02/03/24 We moved all of our belongings out of our storage unit, as we finally closed on our house. We were hoping they would give us some of our money back that we paid for the month of February since it had only been 3 days. We asked if they could just prorate for the 3 days. The employee we spoke to didn't seem knowledgeable of the Public Storage policy, refused to provide the policy, and refused to refund us any money. But couldn't give us an explanation as to why.
First storage facility that I've been to. The manager on grounds, Chanel, was phenomenal! Explained thoroughly the ins and outs of the agreement and the $1 move in special. What a deal! I'm so happy to have found this place. Thanks again, Chanel! Public Storage is lucky to have you!

Great customer service
Beware and run far far away from Public Storage for long-term storage needs. The company is completely predatory and their one-month heads-up notifications for insane rent hikes is gross. To go from $69/month to $138/month in less than two years is beyond absurd. The people that work at this location have always been kind, but they aren't in charge of prices. If you plan on renting for less than 6 months, then sure - use this location, anything over 6 months - don't come to Public Storage!
**12/05 update - we had someone from this location call and offer a small grace period, which is better than what I was getting from the corporate office. I still think the pricing is absurd, but the people at this location are really great and kind.

Thursday got a phone call from the manager telling me that the person who bought my unit the card was declined and didn't show up. So she said to come get my stuff . Thank you . When this place was 365 Storage the upkeep was much better. Now the property is often trashed, and there are hypodermic needles thrown out in the main parking area... Biohazard policy one would think would dictate these be removed for public safety. All and all when this was 365 I gave them 5 stars, now just one.
When this was 365 storage it was nicely kept. Since becoming Public storage the gate seems not to work most of the time, everything is trashed in the parking lot, people are leaving needles all over the parking lot in plan sight.
The only plus so far is that no one is breaking into the units that I have heard of.
I parked inside of the back gate where you have to put your code to get inside ,& my car got stolen I was there for 6,7 mins the guy came from inside the building he was wearing a mask & walking around inside before hand too, they have 2 levels but only provide 2 carts which are never available, there is a bunch of shady characters always walking around inside & out side ,they don't it secure at all,front gate is open all the time ,it's been busted off side gate is messed up,you can walk right thru it. Thumbs down 👎 I moved the hell out of there do not recommend .

This place has gone way down hill.
Never any carts available, difficult to get your stuff into the building. They allow homeless people to roam the hallways at night, even more so thanks to the missing fence around the building.
Now they’re locking the doors at 5pm... I’m moving for a last second deployment, and I’m waisting time playing their stupid games. I literally had to carry a two bedroom appt one box at a time up stairs, down hallways, up an elevator, up another ramp because they only have 2 carts for everyone to share. Stay away from this place. Since rebranding names they are absolute trash.
These guys are great they're very helpful efficient and fast they made sure they met all my needs with excellent customer service I give you guys a 10
Update that review was done when it was Storage 365. It started out nice bit eventually turned out to be hell. My storage was robbed and one of the managers came on to me. I was kicked out and then locked out of my storage during after business hours which made it impossible to get my stuff out bc I work those hours as well. Then Public Storage took it over and started charging me rent again and locked me out completely for past due bill when I wasn't even supposed to be getting billed. This is not the first time Public Storage has screwed me. It's the third time. Public storage (all of them) is a joke. They are theives and practice unfair and shady business

Employees are solid and the facility is nice. Public storage is just horrible and has THE WORST customer service. Constantly messing up peoples payments and overcharging them, screwing up account i fo so its almost impossible to pay Locking/auctioning units for absolutely no reason. Literally 0 stars
