I had stopped in inquiring from Oregon on units I had a very great experience while talking to them on the phone they were super friendly super willing to step up and tell me which ones would be closest to me I did check out a few of the units I did find one that was on Powers that was a lot closer to me but I truly appreciate all of the help and the willingness to you know if I came into town to show me what units they had in the sizes because I was kind of unaware would have five by you know 10 would look like so I appreciate your crew you have an amazing awesome Public Storage

$325 a month for WHAT?! How yall can even in good faith charge that much is beyond me. Like we’ve been there for years and have dealt with nothing but price hikes to the point it’s beyond laughable. And what are you giving us? Broken carts? An Iced parking lot because it gets zero sun? A blocked sprinkler head if there’s a fire? A non climate control climate control, it’s freezing in there. The way yall keep upping the rent like there’s not a storage unit on every corner in this town. In other news, 5 stars for the Extra Storage on woodman. Actual climate control. Enclosed loading dock so you’re not out in the elements, more that one point of entry. And $78 a month and they don’t grate the top!

Climate controlled storage is not climate controlled. That's a lie. Worst of all they let people come in and steal from you. That's right. They allow easy access to burglars it seems then shrug their shoulders and act like they care, doing nothing to help the situation. It also can get iced out and snowy, might not be able to access your storage because they're too cheap and lazy to clear it out and put a bunch of salt down. If you like storage that isn't climate controlled (even though you pay for it), you don't care if you get stolen from, don't mind taking drives to your storage (if it's still there and not stolen) for nothing because you can't get in, and pay an ever increasing premium for it, this is the place for you. Too cheap to even put cameras where the storage units are. Good luck catching the person that stole from you, when they do, do it. Makes me wonder if those that run the place are in on it. Put extra locks on your storage people. You can't trust these clowns at all. Avoid this place like the plague, at least this burglar helping, no Climate controlled location.

Manager, Chris was very professional, made me feel my stuff was secure and safe and told me how to use the code and made everything very easy for me. I would use public storage again.

My mom has a unit there and us not happy with it. Is not really climate controlled. It was below 40 degrees the last 2 times I've gone to her unit on the 2nd floor. Was told it could go from 50-80° in the building so in the summer it's hot in side and out. Call corporate and the manager never called back.

My mom and I drove into town and had an appointment to rent a storage unit at a different storage facility. Although we arrived on time, the place was closed during their business hours and there was no one available. My mom was very distraught since we had driven many hours and had a moving truck full of belongings and no place to store them. So we drove to Public Storage on Tutt and was greeted by Chris who was very compassionate and helpful. He went above and beyond to find us a unit and even stayed after closing to make sure my mom was taken care of. Customer Service like that is hard to find these days. Thank you Chris!

I set up auto pay a MULTITUDE of times over a ridiculous length of time. After finally having it set up properly (I thought), I had to find out my unit had been sold off, including priceless family movies and memories, for $20. $20 is what a lifetime of memories was worth.

Went into this location yesterday to rent a unit. Was turned away since payment is cash. Went to another location this morning after calling the location and confirming all method of payments are accepted, same gentleman from yesterday turned us away for paying cash. Nowhere on the website does it state they don’t accept cash. This particular location that gentleman could not explain why the woman in front of us price went from $130 to $236 on her second unit. she also was paying cash- or tried to & was informed that they take checks and money order but NO cash. Checks over cash?? Gentleman this morning stated he does have cash but it’s for auction buyers only…don’t waste your time, business, or money because they will waste your time & don’t want your business & money

This Public storage is the best place to bring your prized possessions. Also Chris is an Awesome Manager, He really cares about his customers and he is Very Professional and he has a Great staff. Keep Up The Great Work Chris. 👍

I loved my entire tenure as a renter with public storage. Chris was fantastic and made my check out process pain and stress free!

Watch out for hidden fees hard to access for handicapped folks. However, Chris, the manager, is super friendly, a problem solver, and cares personally for each customer to be satisfied and well taken care of.

I rented a unit in November 2022. Public Storage on Tutt Blvd went up $75, all at once in January 2023! I can see if the company has to make an increase, but this amount is RIDICULOUS! I called corporate and customer service submitted a request for a rate decrease. They will increase your rate and then tell you that you should've read the small print! This is my second time renting from them. It's also my VERY LAST time! PLEASE notice that MOST of the 4 and 5 stars was submitted over 2 years ago! They are far from the company that they was 2 yrs ago. It seems that they have succumb to GREED over customers. I will take my business to MAXIMUM STORAGE. I have a storage unit that I can fit an RV in for $185 monthly! Check it out before you purchase a unit at Public Storage.

They just did a MASSIVE increase in price for current renters! Maybe look for places that don't practice these types of price manipulation. Typically these nation-wide storage companies will review their prices often in order to make sure they're charging you as much as they can get away with and just under the limit of what's legal. They know it's a hassle to move all of your stuff to another unit every few months and that you'll probably just stay and swallow whatever increases they throw at you, which are usually gradual, although not in this case! Public Storage has already had to pay for their relentless price gouging after natural disasters in other states. You will HAVE to pay for unnecessary insurance (ins. that doesn't actually cover most of what you store and/or won't pay out if you get robbed... by someone other than Public Storage, of course), buy a lock that only fits their units, pay the constantly increased prices, etc., etc. They were INCREDIBLY accommodating when I was looking for a unit about 2yrs ago and even gave me a bigger unit for the same piece as the smaller unit after giving away the unit I had reserved... and now I understand why. They have steadily increased prices to the point where I'm paying much more than I would be paying if I rented the exact same unit today! I'll be moving ASAP.... just make sure to read the fine print on your contact!

Excellent service! Chris was so friendly and showed us the unit before renting with no problem, would definitely recommend this storage unit and location! Elevators are large and easily accessible from front entrance. We moved in the first hour within booking reservation, everything was very smooth!

The employees do not help you and have an attitude when you ask to show your unit because you don’t know where it’s at. It’s very strict on security and if your hands are full it can be very frustrating. The parking lot is at a slope…be careful because your stuff will roll away if it’s on a cart. You will hit somebody’s car or your own. I would not recommend this storage facility.

Overall the customer service team is nice HOWEVER; they charged me the full amount for another month after I had already moved out and had checked out with two people, I had to call and talk to customer service to get the issue resolved 3 times. For some reason they sent me a snail mail check for 7$ then I had to call again and talk to someone and was told the rest of the amount was on its way again snail mail and that I would receive that 7 to 8 weeks later?! This is kind of a ridiculous amount of time to wait for a refund when it was their fault, and the headache of calling several times was very inconvenient for me. I also do not like that they don't prorate storage rent if you move out anytime past the first of the month, I moved out on the 5th, they charged me for that entire month and the month after (by mistake). I probably won't rent with them again.

This facility is very clean and well maintained. I enjoyed using the Public Storage app to make payments and gain access to my unit.

Set up an account for Jan 1 2022, went to the building Jan 2 at 2 PM to get my key, door says hours are 9:30 to 5. Waiting from 2:00 til 3:45 and nobody ever showed up to the office. Now I just want a refund.
