Went in to check out storage units. Talking with Cindy, she is very knowledgeable about the units, gave me prices, and showed me a few different ones so I could see the size difference. I’d give zero stars if I could. The lock on our building was broken and we didn’t get notified once. Our entire building (V) got broken into and over half of the units had their ceilings cut open. Over $5000 worth of my things were stolen. When I arrived on cite to move out, a man was there moving his things as well. He said that his unit was broken into as well, and that he notified them a week prior. Based on their policy, Public Storage is meant to notify us of any burglary, and we received ZERO notice. When I told them that we’d been broken into, I received no help in moving my things to a different unit and had to ask several times to be moved into a unit that still had its ceiling intact! When they did find me a space, they tried to charge me for it even though I already payed for that month. Overall, a horrible experience and I recommend never using their service. I also read reviews before choosing this company and they seemed good, but I assure you they’re not. They also seem to exaggerate security/surveillance, as the only camera I noticed is the one at the front gate and no where else on the property.

Very clean a well run storage facilties

Tatyana was amazing with her cusyomer service! We goofed and selected the wrong unit on line and she helped us swotch to another unit without any problems.she made our expierience worth while.!!! Shes a keeper!

I just gotta say that Tatyana is amazing! I’m actually moving to a different storage unit due to moving, and she has helped me so much! To make a long story short, someone close to me was given a key when I first created the unit so they could put some of my belongings in it. Years later (to the present) I no longer have a relationship with that person, and I don’t want them accessing my unit. Tatyana helped me with changing my gate code and lock, and made me feel safer by leaving what’s left in the unit. Tatyana is your woman! She is fierce and protective, but sweet as well. I feel safe with her watching over my unit.

Tatyana was so helpful in helping me manage my daughter’s storage unit from her current unit to a smaller unit after she recently passed.

The location works great for me and the pricing is pretty fair.. Tatyana provides great service; she’s helpful and easy to talk to !

Tatyana was super helpful for my boyfriend and I she gave us a good deal for the first and second month prorated we paid 2 months out the door with a couple fees a lil over 100 bucks for a 10x12 . She is funny also and as real as it gets..she told us a funny story and also gave us really good tips and is very personable. She has a good personality and is good at what she does ..if it wasn't for her honestly my boyfriend and I wouldn't have even got this unit we would have went somewhere else ..but she changed our minds because of how easygoing she is ..so yeah she pretty much makes the place cool

When ever I come to public storage I always get great customer service from Tatyana. She is very knowledgeable about her store and products and always has a smile ready to help when you walk the through the door.

Secure and clean

Arrived for an appointment that was scheduled and Tatyana came out saying it’s her day off and approaching my vehicle brandishing a weapon (couldn’t see exactly what she was holding) . When I told her I had an appointment and that that’s really ridiculous she said “that sucks what are you gonna do about it” and continued to approach my car all the while her boyfriend was hiding in the doorway with a gun in his hand. Going to file a police report, this place needs to be shut down

I want to thank Tatyana for her amazing service. I didn’t know how to get a storage unit or even know what to look for. She called me and took her time to explain the process. When I showed up she walked to me each unit I could purchase and I didn’t feel rushed. I only needed the storage for limited time 2 weeks at the most. When I paid my last bill to her and she vacated me out the process was so easy!! Thank you Tatyana for helping me and just being a kind person. Tatiana,( I apologize if misspelled it) was absolutely the most helpful person I've encountered while dealing with public Storage. I had a situation that got escalated to an escalation specialist, ( 2 seperate ones actually) and I was flat out told there was no way they were able to help me even told me there wasnt a supervisor to talk to. I called Tatiana at Edison Ave public storage and took her less then 30 mins to get it all handled and figured out. Thank you so much for all of your help. After this stay, if I return to public storage it will be solely because of her.

Dude really asking me to pay for a bill and giving me lip when it was a stolen credit card for a service i never use when i live 50 miles away. Class act.

I was in a real bind because my key fell of my keychain and I HAVE to get into my locker asap. Tatiana went well out of her way to fit me into the schedule for a new lock and was very kind and professional. Absolutely stoked to finally get good service around here.

Don’t store your belongings here or any other public storage our unit was burglarized along with MANY other’s at this location the POS’s took all of our tools, books and other items! The facility knew this was going on and yet we received no notification from the facility! They stole a lock from another unit that was rented online, the locks are left in the empty units until they are moved in to. Our lock was drilled out and the stolen lock was placed on our unit so we don’t even know how many times they returned to steal more of our stuff! Our unit was V116 and the lock placed on our unit was V168! I will never ever use another storage facility again after this, it’s not worth the heartache! They ripped open boxes and threw our belongings around around like it was yesterday’s garbage! DO YOURSELF A FAVOR DON’T RENT FROM PUBLIC STORAGE, or any others!
