So maybe this is the only way I'll actually get in touch with this place. I've called for days and nobody answers the phone. I've probably called 100 times. Left messages etc. Nobody has called me back. I'm getting letters in the mail for units that aren't mine. I'm getting threatening letters saying there's a lien on my unit, but I've paid my bill. And nobody answers. Why is nobody answering the phone? Who is running the front desk??

Great security had a storage unit for almost 3 years and never had anything stolen. The price was very good but in the last year they've raised it to high in my opinion for a 5x5 so I decided to not rent there anymore but overall very good place to store things.
Let's just say Cristal changed my whole outlook on renting a storage unit. Cristal is an amazing person, very helpful and her attention to detail and being present sets the bar for storage facilities. She understood my requirements and her suggestions helped me decide on what unit to acquire, while keeping budget, in mind, during the walk through.

This facility is a very clean and new location. We switched from a previous storage unit to this one for that reason and the cost was less expensive for the same size unit. Anytime we have had questions the people working behind the front desk have been very friendly towards us.

The storage unit and staff are great. Each time we have come to bring stuff to our locker the front doors are locked and we can’t get a cart. We now bought our own and left in the unit.
The carts should either be left out at doors or somehow secured. You can’t go in the building with a code. Or maybe have 2 people working at all time.
Great company to work with. Storage is adequate and clean property. Ease of move in and out. Great and helpful employees. I recommend and will use them again.

This storage facility was good when we first signed up. Now we are leaving because they inflated the prices super high! Then on our day of moving out. There are no flatbeds for us to use. No one on-site can be reached. The worst customer service ever. Do not get a storage here!! My rating for them is piss poor.👎🏾😠👎🏾😡👎🏾🤬

Good: the place is clean. Not so good: I had my storage for 8mos. After a 3 months, they raised my rent. I live in Oregon and rented in Vista, Ca. (I thought I was moving back to Ca.) Came to Ca., wanted to check on my storage and the front door was locked and I couldn't remember my code. I left, came back again and front door was locked. Waited and Waited. Finally got in only for the girl to give me a card with my unit # and code without checking to see if I was who I said I was. I worked for a storage in Oregon and that was totally a no no. Gee, why don't you just open up a storage to a burgler and let him do as he wants. There's no security in that way. Came back a 2nd time the same day, front door was locked. I didn't mind putting in my code to get in but then I had to do it again just to get in the elevator. Stupid. I moved out of there. Went to walk to the office from the outside and the office door was locked again! Some guy was waiting also, and said every time he goes there it's locked. He was moving out also due to being hard to get in the office. I would not recommend that place at all!

This storage unit is very accommodating. Whenever I am in need of anything or have any questions, the team is very prompt in assisting. The location and operation hours are also very convenient.
When we inquired about a unit, Crystal took us on a tour, Brooks (Manager) gave us a bunch of helpful info, and Angela reserved our unit and got us all set up. Rent became too high, after May 2024 the price increased significantly
A very bad, very bad experience. I had only been in that storage for 5 months and they sent me a letter announcing that they would raise the rent. The letter clearly stated that it would increase to $69. 00 Dll. Before I paid 45 for rent and 14 for insurance. which paid $59 per month. I said ok. everything is not that high $69.00.
When I was going to pay my monthly payment they told me it was $83.00 Dlls!!!
I called several times to clarify this issue and no one resolved the problem. They only said that the $69 was ONLY from the rent PLUS the insurance!!! I spoke to half the world in the office and to get me off their backs they only told me the general manager is going to call him because he is too high up. I waited and they didn't call me. They only called me to tell me that if I didn't pay within the ten-day grace period they would charge me late fees. They forced me to pay the $83.00!!!! Nobody solved my problem. An employee named Cristal from Vista Ca. called me just to mock me and tell me everything has gone up, Madam, and you must pay or vacate. She acted very rude. I do not recommend that Storage is on Melrose in Vista Ca. Well, they will only make fun of you and steal your money. Because that increase from $59 to $83 is a Theft. California law says that increases must be 5 to 10 percent annually and they increased me 70 percent in five months. It's a ROBBERY!!!!
