Fantastic service and clean well lit property. I’ve felt comfortable leaving my things here. So much even that I helped my mom move her stuff in as well. The guys up front are knowledgeable and directed me to the best unit for what I needed. If they gave out 10 stars they would get all 10 but I’ll have to settle for 5! Thank you guys for everything.
This place is ghetto and rat infested and to get a cart they have them chained up and there’s like five to the whole place. This is not convenient or pleasant

This place is infested with rats. I had rats in my unit from May through the end of July 2023. I had no food in the unit. I brought it up with management multiple times but they did not get rid of the rats. I killed 5 myself with snap traps. All my stuff was covered in rat poop and urine when I vacated despite me killing rats myself. You can see in the photos how much rat poop there was when I left. Avoid this place. Most of the good reviews only have one review per reviewer, leading me to believe they are fake. Plenty of other self storage in the area.
We are just vacating the property and have nothing but good things to say. We have been here a couple of months, Joey and Manny have been awesome. Super secure space, and prices were great, thanks Public Storage!

Was greeted by a friendly smile by Joey when I walked in about my e-rental question .He walked me though the process since I did not need the unit for a couple more days . He help me set up the app. Then showed me the location of where it would be at . High recommend
I’m going to have to 2nd the other review on why I’m not giving 5 stars, was because of the $1 for the first month offer not being available at any locations in my area. But other than that it was a very easy process, you can do it it all from your phone, totally contactless if you prefer. Danny was very nice when I went in to check out my unit. The unit was clean, with lock inside!

I was in between using Johnson Drive Storage and Public Storage. Johnson Drive Storage is closer to my house, but the customer service and care I received at Public Storage was far better. The onboarding process was easy and they took the time to walk me through it. Definitely a 10 out of 10 experience. Very happy!

We have been storing here for almost a year already and never had any issues here. Property is well maintained and prices are the cheapest around. Would recommend anyone looking for storage to try out this location in Ventura.
Stay away from the place and all other ones! They have horrible disrespectful customer service! I had a unit for 3 months for some extra furniture and tools and every month after the first raised their prices!!! STAY AWAY!! Horrible unkept facility as well! If I could give it 0 stars I would!!

Tried to store my truck camper in the back. Tweekers tried to break in and broke both of my top vent housings. Never got in but also broke the lock. Do not store anything nice out back of this property.
Management said to call the police. Cameras did not work.
